【摘要】目的：对心血管超声应用于心血管疾病诊断的作用进行分析及判定。方法：选取本院2016年2月至2017年1月收治的30例确诊为心血管疾病患者作为本次的研究对象作为A组，另外同期选取30例患有心血管疾病症状且未患该病的患者作为B组，对于2组患者均予以心血管超声诊断，并观察2组患者的经诊断后的结果。结果：A组患者的心血管疾病检出率为90.00%，误诊率为10.00%，均较B组具有显著差异，P<0.05。结论：心血管超声应用于心血管疾病诊断的应用效果显著，可将心血管疾病迅速检出，值得实施。

[Abstract] Objective：To analyze and judge the effect of cardiovascular ultrasound on the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. Methods： 30 patients with cardiovascular disease admitted from our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study. In the same period，30 patients with cardiovascular disease were selected and not affected by the disease Patients as group B were diagnosed with cardiovascular ultrasonography in both groups and the results of the two groups were diagnosed. Results： The detection rate of cardiovascular disease in group A was 90.00% and the misdiagnosis rate was 10.00%，which was significantly different from group B（P <0.05）. Conclusion： The application of cardiovascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease is remarkable，and the cardiovascular disease can be detected quickly and worthy of implementation.

随着我国诊断水平的提高，医疗设备的逐渐更新，其彩色多普勒超声诊断广泛应用于心血管疾病的诊断中，且表现为显著的优势[1]，本研究为探讨心血管超声应用于心血管疾病诊断的作用，选取2016年2月至2017年1月收治的疑似心血管疾病及确诊为心血管疾病的患者作为本次的研究对象，均予以心血管超声诊断，并将其结果进行对比，具体如下：

1.资料和方法

1.1 基线资料

选取本院2016年2月至2017年1月收治的30例确诊为心血管疾病患者作为本次的研究对象作为A组，另外同期选取30例患有心血管疾病症状且未患该病的患者作为B组，具体如下：A组：男性患者19例，女性患者11例，年龄范围在（31-76）岁，平均年龄为（49.47±5.23）岁。B组：男性患者20例，女性患者10例，年龄范围在（32-73）岁，平均年龄为（48.11±5.14）岁，其中合并胸闷18例，心慌14例，呼吸困难13例，咳血7例。2组患者的资料无显著差异，统计学不具有意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

对上述2组患者均行心血管超声诊断，本研究采取彩色多普勒超声诊断仪（型号：DC-N2S），常规选取S5-1探头，1MHz至5MHz为频率范围，将周围血管探头频率设置为3MHz至11MHz及5MHz至12MHz。……
