[摘要] 目的 观察耳尖、少商穴位放血治疗急性咽炎的临床疗效。 方法 选取2015年8月～2016年8月我院航城社区健康服务中心确诊治疗的急性咽炎患者78例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各39例。对照组采用常规西医治疗方案，观察组采用针刺双侧耳尖、少商穴位放血进行治疗，观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 1个疗程结束观察组愈显率为84.62%，总有效率为94.87%，对照组愈显率为69.23%，总有效率为84.61%，观察组的愈显率和总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者咽痛缓解时间和消失时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 应用耳尖、少商穴位放血治疗急性咽炎疗效显著，能较快缓解患者的咽痛症状，缩短病程，不失为一种安全高效治疗急性咽炎的方法，值得临床上进行运用。

Observation of clinical curative effect of bloodletting in tip of ear and shaoshang point in treatment of acute pharyngitis

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of bloodletting in tip of ear and Shaoshang point in treatment of acute pharyngitis. Methods 78 patients with acute pharyngitis who were diagnosed and treated in Hangcheng Community Health Service Center of our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with 39 in each.The control group was given routine treatment scheme of western medicine while the observation group was treated by bloodletting by acupuncture in bilateral tip of ear and Shaoshang point. Curative effects of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results After a course of treatment，cured and markedly effective rate of the observation group was 84.62% and total effectively rate was 94.87%.Cured and markedly effective rate of the control group was 69.23% and total effectively rate was 84.61%.Cured and markedly effective rate of the observation group were both significantly higher than those of the control group.Comparative differences had statistical significance （P<0.05）.Relief time and disappearing time for pharyngalgia of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group. The differences had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Bloodletting in tip of ear and Shaoshang point in treatment of acute pharyngitis has a significant curative effect.It can quickly relieve pharyngalgia symptoms of patients and shorten the course of disease.It is a safe and effective method to treat acute pharyngitis，which is worthy of clinical application.

急性咽炎是常见的急性上呼吸道感染病之一。急性咽炎是指由于受凉、过劳或抵抗力下降等原因引起的咽黏膜，并波及黏膜下及淋巴组织的急性炎症[1]。急性咽炎常发于春冬季节，往往继发于急性鼻炎或急性扁桃体发炎之后[2]。急性咽炎患者伴有咽痛的症状，程度严重的会影响患者进食喝水，影響患者的正常生活[3]。目前临床上西医多用抗生素和激素治疗急性咽炎，疗效虽然值得肯定，但用药过程中存在一些禁忌症和不良反应，而且西医对于短期内缓解患者的咽痛效果却并不理想[4]。针对此病症中药疗效显著，不良反应相对西医而言少了很多，但是也不能达到即可止痛的效果。用针具刺破人体特定的穴位和部位并放出少量血液的治疗方式被称为“针刺放血疗法”[5]。中医理论中刺血可放出邪气、恶血，促进血液循环从而达到舒经活络，提高机体免疫功能的目的，因此其具有泄火解毒、化瘀止痛等功效[6-8]。……
