[摘要] 目的 探讨膝关节镜下关节半月板缝合术后早期康复护理的临床效果。 方法 选取我院2015年3月～2016年9月接受膝关节镜下关节半月板缝合术治疗的半月板损伤患者74例为研究对象，经随机数字表法分为2组，每组37例，对照组术后行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础实施早期康复护理，观察两组患者膝关节功能、疼痛程度变化以及术后并发症发生情况。 结果 两组患者术前膝关节功能及疼痛程度无显著差异（P>0.05），术后1个月Lysholm评分、VAS评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为2.70%，与对照组比较明显较低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 在膝关节镜下关节半月板缝合术后实施早期康复护理，能有效促进患者膝关节功能恢复，缓解疼痛，预防并发症发生，值得推广。

Analysis of the clinical value of early rehabilitation nursing after arthroscopic meniscus suture

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing after arthroscopic meniscus suture. Methods 74 cases of patients with knee arthroscopic meniscal suture treatment of meniscus injury cured in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the study objects.According yo random digital table method，they were divided into two groups with 37 cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing after operation，patients in observation group were treated with early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of control group.Knee function，pain degree and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in preoperative knee function and pain degree（P>0.05）.The Lysholm score and VAS score of 1 months after operation were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The complication rate of the observation group was 2.70%，which was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing after arthroscopic meniscectomy of knee joint can effectively promote the recovery of knee joint function，relieve pain，and prevent complications.It is worthy of promotion.

半月板損伤在临床中具有较高发生率，膝关节镜下关节半月板缝合术是常用治疗手段，其具有创伤小、患者术后恢复快、疗效确切等优势[1]。如何有效促进患者术后膝关节功能恢复，缓解疼痛，降低并发症发生风险，是膝关节镜下关节半月板缝合术护理配合的重点[2]。本研究通过比较，探讨了术后早期康复护理的临床运用价值，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

于我院2015年3月～2016年9月接受膝关节镜下关节半月板缝合术治疗的半月板损伤患者中，选取74例为研究对象，以随机数字表法分组。观察组37例，男22例，女15例；年龄19～68岁，平均（46.32±3.57）岁；左侧19例，右侧18例。对照组37例，男23例，女14例；年龄20～69岁，平均（46.19±3.52）岁；左侧20例，右侧17例。两组患者年龄、患侧、性别等均无显著差异（P>0.05），具有可比性。纳入标准：年龄≥18岁；单侧损伤；无手术禁忌症；经……
