[摘要] 目的 探讨心理护理对精神分裂症患者住院依从性的影响。 方法 选择2015年6月～2016年6月在我院接受治疗的85例精神分裂症患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者在治疗的基础上进行常规护理，观察组患者在治疗的基础上进行心理护理，对比两组患者护理前后的住院依从性。 结果 观察组患者的NOSIE和ITAQ评分水平明显优于对照组，且住院依从性明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。 结论 对精神分裂症患者进行心理护理能够有效提升患者的住院依从性，效果显著。

Effect of psychological nursing on hospitalization compliance of patients with schizophrenia

[Abstract] Objective To explore effect of psychological nursing on hospitalization compliance of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 85 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing at basis of treatment while patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing at basis of treatment.Hospitalization compliance before and after hospitalization of patients in two groups were compared. Results Nurses observation scale for inpatient evaluation （NOSIE） and insight treatment attitude questionnaire （ITAQ） scores of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group and hospitalization compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group.Differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve hospitalization compliance of patients and it has significant effect.

精神分裂癥是精神疾病中最为严重的一种，患者的精神活动与现实世界严重不符，给患者及家人带来极大的伤害[1]，需要长期住院进行抗精神病治疗，但是精神分裂患者自身疾病意识很差，常常处于精神紊乱状态，住院依从性很差[2]。因此提高患者的住院依从性是对精神分裂患者进行有效治疗的基础。临床实践表明对患者进行有效的心理护理有助于提升患者的住院依从性。本研究以我院精神分裂症患者为研究对象，探讨心理护理对患者住院依从性的影响，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

以2015年6月～2016年6月在我院接受治疗的85例精神分裂症患者为研究对象，所有患者根据ICD-10精神与行为障碍分类中的诊断标准确诊为精神分裂症。采用随机数法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组43例，男20例，女23例，年龄16～63岁，平均（27.6±6.2）岁；……
