摘要：从当前农超对接的主要发展模式入手，以河北省涿州市惠友三兴蔬菜园为农超对接典型案例，分析了惠友三兴蔬菜园实施农超对接的原因及其组织方式和运作机制，总结当地农超对接取得的成效和农超对接对当地农业转型的影响。此外，也剖析了当地农超对接存在的问题，并针对这些问题对农超对接的进一步发展提出建议。

The Example Analysis of “Farmer-supermarket Direct Supply” Standard Vegetable Garden

——The Example of Huiyousanxing Standard Vegetable Garden in Hebei Province

Abstract： From the “Farmer-Supermarket Direct Supply” development pattern， and taking Huiyousanxing Vegetable Garden in Zhuozhou city of Hebei as a typical example， the causes， organizational forms and operation mechanism for the implementation of the pattern were analyzed. The accomplishment and effects on local agriculture transition of the “Farmer-Supermarket Direct Supply” were summarized. In addition， the problems of “Farmer-supermarket Direct Supply” were pointed out， and some recommendations for the further development of “Farmer-Supermarket Direct Supply” were put forward.

自2010年河北省涿州市被省政府确定为“省级蔬菜产业示范县”和“环首都经济圈绿色有机蔬菜基地”以来，涿州市以建设“京南第一菜园”为目标，按照“企业投资建设、土地整建制流转、农场化运行管理”的发展模式，加快标准蔬菜园建设实施步伐，蔬菜产业得到了迅猛发展。

农超对接是农业转型的重要措施之一，其本质是将众多小生产的农户与拥有大市场的超市进行对接，实现产销一体化，帮助农户和超市均从中收益。学界已对现代农业转型农超对接模式进行了多角度的研究。胡定寰[1，2]基于超市内外因两个因素研究了农超对接的动因，总结提出了“超市+农民专业合作社+农户”的家乐福模式、“超市+农业产业化龙头企业+农户”的麦德龙模式、“超市+基地+农户”的山东家家悦模式共3种发展模式。闫金玲等[3]针对“超市+农民专业合作社+农户”农超对接模式进行研究，通过建立制约因素指标体系的方法对典型合作社进行实证研究，得出影响因素重要程度排序。……
