摘要： 《桥隧施工与维护》是高等职业院校铁道工程技术专业的三大核心课程之一，课时量大，有132课时，上课难度大，对教师职业素养要求高，特别是现场教学如何开展，一直是一个教学难点。本文基于世界大学城、微信公共平台和课堂派探索了一条现场教学之路，打破教学瓶颈，以期为广大高职院校的师生带来一些信息化红利，加快智慧校园建设。

Abstract： The Bridge and Tunnel Construction and Maintenance is one of three core courses in the railway engineering technology specialty of higher occupation colleges， and it has a large classvolume of 132 class， is difficult， has a high demand on teachers' occupation accomplishment， especially how to carry out on-site teaching， has always been a difficulty of teaching. This paper is based on World University City， the WeChat public platform and the classroom teaching to explore a teaching way， breaking the bottleneck， in order to bring informatization bonus for the majority of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges， accelerate the construction of smart campus.

0 引言

《桥隧施工与维护》是铁道工程技术专业三大核心课程之一，原来是桥梁施工与维护和隧道施工与维护两门课程，后来合二为一，成为一门课程。通过本课程的学习，力求掌握桥隧施工与维护所必需的专业知识和相关技能。桥隧施工与维护是一门实践性非常强的专业课程，需要很多课程的学习，包括工程测量、工程地质、工程材料、钢筋混凝土与钢结构等课程作为支撑。但是桥隧施工与维护的现场教学一直是一个教学重点和难点，到底如何开展才能取得比较好的教学效果值得进行专题研究。

1 师资层面

师资配置是一个关键，教学团队必须由专职教师和兼职教师共同组成。专职教师必须具有一定学历和职称，为土木工程或相近专业毕业生，具有本科及以上学历，职称在讲师（含）以上，专职教师要负责校内的教学组织和安排。

兼职教师人员以现场一线人员为宜，需建立兼职教师库，人员以100：1000配置。……
