摘要： 在我国的城市化进程中，人口密度越来越高，造成市民出行困难。为了保证城市交通的便利性，许多城市采用修建地铁的方式来缓解路面交通压力，确保交通顺畅。但是，在地铁的运行过程中，随着乘客数量的增加，就会存在一些安全风险，严重威胁着人们的生命财产安全，因此，我们需要对地铁运营安全风险进行评估与管理，以规避地铁运营期间所面临的安全威胁。本文将对地铁运营安全的风险评估与管理进行分析。

Abstract： In the process of urbanization in China， the population density is getting higher and higher， which causes the travel difficult of people. In order to ensure the convenience of urban transport， many cities use the way to build the subway to alleviate the traffic pressure and ensure smooth traffic. However， in the operation of the subway， with the increase in the number of passengers， there will be some security risks， which have a serious threat to people's lives and property， so we need to make assessment and management of the safety risk in subway operations to avoid the security threats faced during subway operations. This paper analyzes the risk assessment and management of subway operational safety.

0 引言

城市规模不断扩大以及城市人口数量的增加，导致巨大的交通压力成为困扰城市发展的主要因素。所以，在许多城市的规划与建设中，都将地铁建设作为重点内容。近几年，我国地铁事故发生率逐渐升高，这些事故不仅为地铁运营部门带来重大经济损失，而且严重威胁了人们的生命财产安全。因此，在地铁运营过程中，必须对存在的安全风险进行评估与管理，提高地铁运行的稳定性与安全性，确保地铁的作用能够得以发挥。

1 地铁运营风险管理的基本流程与方法

运营风险管理是研究风险发生规律及风控技术的一门科学，具有前瞻性、目标性、计划性、经济性和管理性等特点。一般来说，地铁运营风险管理过程不外乎风险识别、风险评估、风险等级划分和风险控制四个关键环节：
