摘要：随着我国的高校毕业生人数的飞速增长，就业成了大学毕业生面临的重要难题。影响大学生就业质量的因素有许多，一些大学生对自己的定位不够准确，高不成低不就，错过了最好的就业时机；而一些大学生没有实践经验，缺乏实用性技能，无法找到合适的工作。本文基于泰州市2013-2015 届大学本科毕业生的就业质量以及相应的目标定向以及就业能力进行抽查，运用最大尺度回归大学生的就业能力以及目标定向对就业质量的影响，并进行总结和反思。

Abstract： With the rapid growth of the number of college graduates in China， employment has become an important problem facing college graduates. There are many factors affecting the quality of college students' employment， some university students on their own position is not accurate enough， underachievement， missed the best time of employment； and some college students have no experience， lack of practical skills， can not find a suitable job. This paper checks the 2013-2015 session of the Taizhou city college graduates employment quality and goal orientation and the corresponding employment ability based on the impact of the use of the maximum scale return to college students' employability and goal orientation on the quality of employment， and takes summary and reflection.

0 引言

伴随我国经济社会水平的提升，社会化分工的趋势越来越明显，一些新兴行业不断产生，为社会贡献了诸多的就业岗位。对于大学生来说，接受了高等教育，本应成为社会发展的中流砥柱，但是却饱受就业问题的困扰。大学生的就业质量是其自身价值的体现，对于大学生职业发展的规划和对社会的认同都会产生比较大的影响。对大学的就业质量造成影响的因素非常多，包括主客观方面不同的作用。但是其中最主要的原因是大学生本身所具有的就业能力及其对职业生涯的规划等。如果大学生在就业方面的能力比较欠缺，也就无从谈起实现高质量的就业，如果就业的目标不明确，对就业的定位也就不合理，也会对就业的质量造成很大影响。本文采用实证分析的方法对大学生的就业质量进行分析，利用SPSS22.0对收集来的2013年到2015年泰州市大学本科毕业生的就业数据进行分析，自变量为大学生的就业能力与目标，因变量是大学生的就业目标。……
