摘要 [目的]调查市场上不同批次中药紫草的质量情况。[方法]优选提取方法后同时采用冷浸法和温浸法，以95%乙醇作为溶剂，采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定13个不同批次的紫草中羟基萘醌总色素的含量。[结果]13批紫草中羟基萘醌总色素的含量差异较大，且只有3个批次紫草中羟基萘醌总色素的含量在冷浸法和温浸法2种方法提取时均大于0.8%，另有2个批次紫草中羟基萘醌总色素的含量只在温浸法时大于0.8%。[结论]目前市场上销售的中药紫草质量品质参差不齐，且有很大一部分紫草的质量并不过关。

Abstract [Objective] The research aimed to investigate the quality of Chinese herbal medicine Arnebiae Radix of different batches on the market.[Method]After optimizing extraction method，using coldsoaking method and warmsoaking method at the same time and using 95% ethanol as solvent，the contents of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone in Arnebiae Radix from 13 different batches were determined by UVVis spectrometry.[Result]The contents of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone in Arnebiae Radix from 13 different batches were great different.The contents of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone in Arnebiae Radix of 3 different batches were greater than 0.8% extracted by coldsoaking method and warmsoaking method.The contents of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone in Arnebiae Radix of other two different batches were greater than 0.8% extracted only by warmsoaking method.[Conclusion]The quality of Arnebiae Radix on the market was mixed and the quality of a large part of Arnebiae Radix was not pass.

《中华人民共和国药典》（2015年版）收载紫草为紫草科植物新疆紫草[Arnebia euchroma（Royle） Johnst.]或内蒙紫草（Arnebia guttata Bunge）的干燥根[1]。性味甘、寒，归心、肝经，具有凉血活血、清热解毒、消炎透疹等功效，用于血热毒盛、斑疹紫黑、麻疹不透、湿疹、吐血尿血、水火烫伤等症[2]。羟基萘醌类总色素为紫草的主要成分之一，具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗癌、降血糖、保肝护肝和提高免疫力等作用[3]。紫草中的总色素是市场上广泛应用的天然色素，食品、化妆品、印染工业等各行各业对此都有巨大的需求量[4]。紫草素亲脂性强，易溶于乙醇等有机溶剂，难溶于水，乙醇提取法为目前所经常使用的提取法[5]。《中华人民共和国药典》（2015年版）中收录的羟基萘醌总色素的含量测定方法是用紫外-可见分光光度法测定、以左旋紫草素的吸收系数进行计算，由此测定羟基萘醌总色素的含量[1]。……
