摘要： 随着社会的不断发展，一种新的人才需求模式——创新型人才需求已经诞生，对高校对人才的培养提出了新的挑战。机械专业为适应不断变化的人才需求，创新型人才培养模式得到前所未有的发展。在这种新型人才培养模式下，对机械专业的培养理念、教学方法、师资队伍以及学校的管理等都发生了巨大的变化。本文以西安文理学院机械专业为例，浅谈了该校大学生实践能力培养的方法，列举出了本校在机械专业实践能力培养方面采取的一些措施。

Abstract： With the continuous development of society， a new demand for talent of innovative talent demand has been born， which has put forward new challenges to the training of talents in colleges and universities. In order to adapt to the changing needs of talents， the training mode of innovative talents in mechanical engineering specialty has been developed unprecedentedly. In this new mode of personnel training， the training concept， teaching methods， teaching staff and the management of the school have changed greatly. In this paper， taking the mechanical specialty of Xi'an University as an example， the paper discusses the methods of cultivating the students' practical ability， and lists some measures in the training of practical ability.

0 引言

受传统教育思想的影响，在我国的高校教育中，一直存在着“五重五轻”[1]的教育现象，这一现象中“五轻”对后期的高校教育影响巨大，对一直困扰高校的毕业生就业问题影响巨大，是高校人才培养的一种缺陷。针对这一问题，在2007年国家就颁布了《教育部关于深化本科教学改革全面提高教学质量的若干意见》教高（2007）2号文件，文件中明确提出了高校课程体系的建立要与社会发展相适应；要推进人才培养模式和机制改革，着力培養学生创新精神和创新能力；要求高度重视实践环节，提高学生实践能力。从《意见》中可以看出，我们国家对大学生培养已经从单纯地掌握理论知识上升到了不但要掌握理论知识，还要将理论知识应用于实践，有效地解决实际问题才是最终目的。……
