摘要：独立学院作为转型发展的先驱，实施模块化订单式教学模式为教育教学改革注入了新活力，是促进校企合作的有效路径。推行模块化订单式培养模式，需要科学系统的教学管理作为保障。昆明理工大学津桥学院酒店管理专业以学生职业发展为前提，借鉴国内外经验，通过重新构建人才培养方案、推动实施完全学分制和创新改革考核方式的教学管理措施，有效保障了酒店管理专业模块化订单式教学模式的实施。

Abstract： Independent college as a pioneer in the transformation and development， the implementation of modular order-based teaching mode has injected new vitality into education and teaching reform， so it is an effective way to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises. The implementation of modular order-based training mode needs take scientific and systematic teaching management as a guarantee. Hotel management specialty in Oxbridge College of Kunming University of Science and Technology takes student career development as the premise， learns from domestic and foreign experience， takes some teaching management measures， including reconstructing personnel training program， promoting the implementation of the full credit system and innovating and reforming assessment methods， which effectively protect the implementation of modular order-based teaching mode.

0 引言

隨着中国经济发展进入新常态，迫切需要大批高层次的技术技能人才，但我国现行的职业教育体系由于不能继续攻读更高的学位，体现出技术技能人才学制短，发展后劲不足的问题。地方普通高校转型发展的目标就在于培养面向生产一线的高层次技术技能型人才。进而弱化因人才供给与需求关系变化而形成的高校毕业生就业压力大，但行业企业可用之才少这样的矛盾。做为2000年以来新升格的本科院校中，独立学院是充分吸收现有优质高等教育资源，按照新的机制和模式举办的相对独立的本科层次的高等院校。以其创新的办学机制和灵活的办学模式为特点的独立学院转型为应用型本科高等院校，也成为转型发展的先驱，使高等教育更加直接、有效地为地区经济发展和区域产业升级、技术进步和社会管理创新服务。……
