摘要：随着社会的飞速发展，各行各业对人才的需求也随之增多，人才需求量的加大给予高职院校更加重要的培养动力。高职院校的存在是为了满足社会需求，给社会输送需求型人才的全面教育场所。在职业院校对人才的培养过程中，校园文化的创建能够在学校得以长期发展的过程中，给职业院校的人才培养提供较为重要的辅助性作用。校园文化的建设也必须依照职业院校的校园格局，进行针对性建设，将院校内师生共同认可并且在教学过程中得以遵循的具有院校独立特色的教学观念、校园风气以及精神风貌等因素进行高效整合。本文通过简析职业院校的校园文化所具备的特点所在，分析职业院校校园文化对人才培养的重要作用所在，进而探讨职业院校校园文化对人才培养的应用成效。

Abstract： With the rapid development of society， the demand of talents in all walks of life also increased， which gives higher vocational colleges greater impetus. The existence of higher vocational colleges is to meet the needs of society， and to transport applied talents to the society. In the process of cultivating talents in vocational colleges， the creation of campus culture can provide an important auxiliary function in the process of long-term development of colleges. The construction of campus culture must also be based on the campus structure of vocational colleges， to integrate the teaching concept which is recognized and followed by teachers and students and has unique features and the campus culture and spiritual style. This paper analyzes the characteristics of campus culture in vocational colleges， analyzes the importance of campus culture in the talent cultivation of vocational colleges， and then discusses the effect of campus culture on the cultivation of talents.

0 引言

校园文化是以校园为主要活动空间，以学生与教师为活动参与主体，将课余的各种精神文明活动为主要内容，经过借助文化的特殊交流形式为主要形态，从而形成一种具备职业院校校园独立特色的文化。职业院校校园文化的建设能够对职业院校的学生在学习过程中有利于他们的身心成长，对他们的学习生活能够起到一定的约束、教育作用。在开展校园文化的过程中能够对职业院校的学生直接或者间接的起到影响作用，促进教师学生之间的沟通，影响着职业院校师生的思想道德、行为方式、个人素养以及生活技能等多方面的提升。……
