摘要： 农业现代化发展一直是我国政府高度重视和关注的问题，而影响农业发展的关键是农田水利工程建设。近年来，农田水利工程施工技术在我国取得了很大的突破与发展，为我国的农业的发展与进步作出了巨大的贡献。然而，农业水利工程施工是一项比较复杂的工作，对施工技术和施工人员都提出较高的要求。在农田水利工程建设快速发展的过程中我们也发现了一些问题，针对这些问题本文提出了应对之策，希望通过本文分析能帮助提高农田水利工程施工技术水平和质量。

Abstract： The development of agricultural modernization has been the issue China's government has always attached great importance and concern on， and the key to affect the development of agriculture is the construction of farmland water conservancy project. In recent years， irrigation and water conservancy construction technology in China has made great breakthrough and development， and has made tremendous contributions for the development and progress of China's agriculture. However， the construction of agricultural water conservancy project is a complex work， and puts forward higher requirements to the construction technology and construction personnel. In the process of rapid development of the construction of farmland water conservancy project we also found some problems， and to solve these problems this paper proposes countermeasures， hoping that through this analysis can help to improve water conservancy project construction technical level and quality.

0 引言

对于农田水利工程的质量来说，施工过程中的技术水平以及从业人员的相关素质能力是最重要的影响因素，与其他方面的水利工程的施工不同，水田方面的水利工程在施工的过程中会遇到更多的困难，所以处理起来比较复杂。如今随着政府出台相关政策，对农田水利进行扶持，从事农田水利工程的人员业更加注重这方面的研究，使得如何有效开展农田水利，解决技术难关成为越来越受重视的一个话题。因此，农田水利工程师们需要将更多的精力放在农田水利研究中来，积极主动开展工作，走基层，深入实践，不断实践学习，从而找到最为优良的措施来解决难题，使农田水利工程更高效、安全。

1 农田水利工程的特点

对于我们国家来说，农业承担着经济发展的重要角色，而农业的高效发展又离不开水利工程的保障。……
