摘 要：郑州航空港区建设进入稳步推进阶段，对临空产业布局建设优化的需要迫在眉睫。现代物流发展成为新世纪重要产业和新的经济增长点，特别是在区域经济发展中愈来愈显示出其重要的战略地位。在河南经济新常态背景下，如何实现临空经济发展、探索临空经济与区域物流联动发展等新的课题成为研究的热点。文章从实证视角对河南临空经济与区域物流联动进行探讨，根据1998～2014年数据，运用Stata13软件处理数据，构建联立方程，探索求证河南临空经济与区域物流联动发展情况，最后有针对性提出二者联动发展的对策建议，以期对政府和企业以借鉴价值。

Abstract： Zhengzhou air port construction has entered a stage of steady progress and need to optimize the airport industry layout. Modern logistics development is becoming a major industry and has been new economic growth point in 21 century. Modern logistics has been show strategic position in the development of regional economy. How to realize the airport economic development and explore linkage development between airport economy and regional logistics have been hot research spots. The paper constructs the simultaneous equations， discusses the linkage between airport economy and regional logistics from the perspective of empirical according to the data from 1998 to 2014 statistical yearbook. Finally， the paper targeted put forward countermeasures and suggestions of linkage development.

1 數据指标选取说明

考虑到数据的可得性和可信性，本文选取的数据均来源于河南统计年鉴和中国统计年鉴。临空产值（LKGDP）的界定是选取高端制造业、金融业、房地产业、信息传输软件信息技术服务业、交通运输仓储业等产业的增加值。因为河南临空经济属于起步阶段，这些产业优先发展，能够代表临空产值发展水平。用交通运输、仓储和邮电业的增加值来代表物流业的产值（LOG）。临空经济受到本区域内临空产业从业人员（LKP）、资本投入（F）、区域物流（LOG）等因素决定。区域物流受到运输网络里程（L）、物流从业人员（LOGP）、货物周转量（VOL）、临空经济发展等影响。
