[摘 要] 乡村旅游发展对新型城镇化建设的促进作用主要体现在乡村旅游推动城镇物品经济聚集，推动城镇品牌化发展，促进城镇经济的可持续发展等方面；新型城镇化建设对乡村旅游的推动作用主要体现在新型城镇化为乡村旅游的发展提供了重要支持，推进乡村旅游积极发展，有利于加强对乡村旅游市场的监管等方面。辽宁省乡村旅游对新型城镇化的促动机制主要包括基础设施提升机制、产业结构转变机制、人口集聚机制、文化价值观转变机制等方面内容。辽宁省有着优越的地理位置，随着近年乡村旅游的发展，辽宁省已经建起了四通八达的道路网，而且随着单纯的观光旅游的发展，旅游业再次向更加多元化的模式发展。

Abstract： The facilitation of the rural tourism development on new urbanization reflected in promoting urban economic aggregation， the development of urban brand and the sustainable development of urban economy. The facilitation of new urbanization on the rural tourism reflected in providing important support， promoting the development of rural tourism actively， and strengthening the supervision of rural tourism market. The actuating mechanism mainly includes promoting infrastructure， industrial structure transformation， population agglomeration and cultural values transformation. Liaoning province has the superior geographical position. With the development of rural tourism in recent years， Liaoning province has built a road network extending in all directions. Meanwhile， with the development of the simple sightseeing， tourism has developed more diversified pattern.

党的十八大以来，习近平总书记带领全党，站在社会经济时代发展的前沿，坚持从我国经济社会发展现实状况出发，全面贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享五大发展理念、并不断推进以人为本的新型城镇化建设。随着第三产业服务业的发展，作为朝阳产业的旅游业也越来越受到了广泛的关注，而乡村旅游的健康发展无疑也将为新型城镇化的建设提供更强有力的动力。自从20世纪20年代以来，欧美国家的城镇化发展迅速并日臻完善，乡村旅游业也同样快速发展，并逐渐形成了较为成熟的旅游体系。相比之下，我国的城镇化发展和乡村旅游发展的程度都处在尚不完善的阶段，所以仔细研究两者之间的相互促动关系是十分有必要的。……
