摘要：随着现代化社会的不断发展，西南地区少数民族医药传统文化的保护和传承面临严峻挑战。尤其对于少数民族古籍医药文献资源，若不及时抢救保护，将濒临消亡。数字化建设不仅实现古籍医药文献的开发与利用，也实现西南地区少数民族医药文献信息的资源整合，使珍贵的西南地区少数民族古籍医药文献资源得以传承与发展。文章梳理古籍文献数字化的发展历程，阐析西南地区少数民族古籍医药文献数字化的重要意义，提出西南地区少数民族古籍医药文献数字化建设的总体思路。

Abstract： With the continuous development of modern society， the protection and inheritance of traditional culture of ethnic minority medicine in southwest China is faced with severe challenges， especially for ancient medical literature resources of ethnic minorities. If timely rescue protection were not installed， the ancient medical literature resources of ethnic minorities would be on the verge of extinction. Digitization construction can not only realize the development and utilization of ancient medical literature， but also realize resources integration of medical literature information of ethnic minorities in southwest China， which can make the precious ancient medical literature resources of ethnic minorities in southwest China be heritaged and developed. This article combed the development of digitization of ancient books， explained the significance of digitization of ancient medical literature of ethnic minorities in southwest China， and proposed the overall thoughts for digitization construction of ancient medical literature of ethnic minorities in southwest China.
