【摘要】目的 观察中西医结合治疗血管运动性鼻炎的效果。方法 选择我院门诊就诊的血管运动性鼻炎患者60例，随机分为X组（30例）和L组（30例）。X组患者采用布地耐德鼻喷雾剂和口服氯雷他定治疗；L组患者在上述措施基础上联合应用贞芪扶正颗粒口服治疗。观察和比较两组患者的疗效。结果 L组患者总有效率明显优于X组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 联合应用贞芪扶正颗粒口服治疗的中西医结合疗法，能迅速缓解症状，有效改善体质，从而提高疗效。

Curative effect observation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on vasomotor rhinitis

【Abstract】Objective To observe tthe clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on vasomotor rhinitis. Methods Sixty patients with vasomotor rhinitis in our hospital were randomly divided into group X （30 cases） and group L （30 cases）.Patients in group X were treated with budesonide nasal spray and oral loratadine；Patients in group L were treated with the combination of Zhenqi Fuzheng granules and oral therapy on the basis of the above measures.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of group L was obviously better than that of group X， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion The combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can improve symptoms and improve the constitution， so as to improve the curative effect.

血管运动性鼻炎是耳鼻喉科门诊的常见病和多发病，是神经内分泌系统对靶器官鼻的粘膜、血管以及腺体的调节功能失衡的高反应性鼻炎[1]。我院采用布地耐德鼻喷雾剂和口服氯雷他定治疗基础上，联合应用贞芪扶正颗粒，对血管运动性鼻炎进行治疗，观察其疗效。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择我院耳鼻喉科门诊确诊为血管运动性鼻炎的患者60例作为研究对象，男36例，女24例；年龄为21～69岁，平均年龄为（43.2±2.7）岁；病程3个月～3年，平均为（1.2±0.3）年。所有患儿均以阵发性喷嚏、流鼻涕，伴不同程度的鼻塞、鼻痒等症状，无季节规律性，天气温度变化、特殊刺激性气味、情绪变化可诱发，实验室检查：变应原皮肤激发试验（-）；IgE（-）。本次病程均为首次用药；患者及家属均表示同意接受本次研究，并签署知情同意书。随机分为X组（30例）和L组（30例）。两组患者在性别、年龄、病程等一般资料方面相比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 治疗方法

X组患者：布地耐德鼻喷雾剂喷鼻，2次/d，口服氯雷他定片，10 mg/次，1次/d。……
