[摘要] 目的 探讨人工流产关爱在未婚人工流产围手术期的应用效果。 方法 2014年2月～2016年2月行人工流产的140例未婚女性，随机分为实验组与对照组各70例。对照组给予常规护理和传统治疗模式，实验组在此基础上给予人工流产关爱护理模式。 结果 （1）和对照组比较，观察组护理满意度、生活质量评分、避孕知识知晓率、正确使用避孕方法率更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；（2）与对照组比较，观察组护理后焦虑评分、再次流产率更低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 人工流产关爱在未婚人工流产围手术期的应用效果显著，可缓解负面情绪，提高治疗配合度，提高患者对人工流产危害和正确避孕方法的认识，以减少意外怀孕和重复人工流产的发生，值得临床应用推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore effect of application of induced abortion care in unmarried induced abortion during perioperative period. Methods 140 unmarried women who received induced abortion form February 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，with 70 each.The control group was given routine nursing and traditional treatment mode while the experimental group was given nursing mode of induced abortion care at the basis of the control group. Results （1）Nursing satisfaction，quality of life score，awareness rate of contraception knowledge and rate of proper usage of contraception method of the observation group were higher compared with the control group.Differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.（2）Anxiety score and rate of abortion again after nursing of the observation group were lower compared with the control group.Differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Induced abortion care in unmarried induced abortion during perioperative period has a significant application effect.It can relive bad mood，improve cooperation degree of treatment and enhance the knowledge of induced abortion harms and correct contraception method to reduce occurrences of unplanned pregnancy and repeated induced abortion，which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

近年來，我国生活质量改善的同时，人们的思想观念也发生了前所未有的变化，未婚女性过早性生活及早孕发生率呈上升的趋势，目前临床解决意外怀孕的主要方法为人工流产，也是一种有效的方法[1-2]。未婚怀孕人工流产患者由于缺乏婚姻的保护和家庭的支持，因此容易产生消极的心理状态，对人工流产手术的顺利进行造成一定的负面影响[3-4]。由此可见，在人工流产治疗方案中，人工流产关爱具有重要的临床意义。本研究采用人工流产关爱措施对未婚人工流产患者进行干预，效果显著，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2014年2月～2016年2月两年间来我院行人工流产的140例未婚女性作为研究对象，根据随机分组的方法，分为观察组与对照组，各70例。观察组年龄20～38岁，平均（29.2±2.3）岁，孕次1～3次，平均（2±1）次；对照组年龄20～38岁，平均（29.0±2.3）岁，孕次1～3次，平均（2±1）次。本研究经医院医学伦理委员会批准，且参与研究者均知情同意。……
