[摘要] 目的 探讨银翘散合五味消毒饮加减方在鼻咽癌患者放疗后口腔黏膜反应的应用效果。 方法 将85例患者随机分为观察组43例，常规护理组42例。观察组采用银翘散合五味消毒饮加减方治疗，对照组采用常规护理方法，分别评价治疗后护理效果。 结果 治疗8周后两组患者放疗后口腔黏膜反应程度，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者放疗后口腔黏膜反应情况优于常规护理组，其持续时间较短，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），反应程度较轻（P<0.05），产生副作用的例数更少，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 应用银翘散合五味消毒饮加减方能够有效地减轻鼻咽癌放疗患者的口腔黏膜反应、减轻痛苦并提高生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of Yinqiao San and five ingredients decoction of oral mucositis after radiotherapy of NPC patients. Methods 85 patients were randomly divided into observation group with 43 cases and routine nursing group with 42 cases.Patient sin observation group were treated with Yinqiao San and five ingredients decoction，and patients in control group were treated with routine nursing.Nursing effect after treatment was evaluated. Results After eight weeks treatment，there was significant difference in the degree of oral mucosa reaction after radiotherapy.The oral mucosa reaction after radiotherapy of observation groupnwas better than that of the routine nursing group，and the duration was shorter （P<0.05），the degree of reaction was mild （P<0.05），and the number of side effect is fewer （P<0.05）. Conclusion Yinqiao San and five ingredients decoction can effectively reduce oral mucositis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy，and relieve pain and improve quality of life.

鼻咽癌发病率位居耳鼻喉恶性肿瘤之首，而放射治疗已成为其首选治疗方式[1]。口腔黏膜炎为放疗后常见并发症，轻可出现充血水肿、口干舌燥、咽痛以及吞咽不适等症状，重可出現白膜反应、口腔溃疡以及口腔渗血，有部份患者甚至因反应过重而终止治疗[2]。因此鼻咽癌患者放疗期间的口腔护理问题变得十分关键。中医认为，鼻咽癌放疗后口腔黏膜炎的基本病因病机是正气不足，复受燥热之邪所犯，火热炽盛，内蕴结毒[3]。有研究显示，银翘散合五味消毒饮加减方具有扶正祛邪、生津利咽、健脾和胃、清热解毒功效，符合急性放射性口腔黏膜炎的症候及病机特点[4]。而目前尚未见银翘散合五味消毒饮加减方在鼻咽癌放疗后口腔黏膜炎护理中的应用报道。本研究针对鼻咽癌放疗后口腔黏膜炎的护理问题，探讨银翘散合五味消毒饮加减方在鼻咽癌患者放疗后口腔黏膜反应的应用效果，现报道如下。……
