【摘要】近年来，随着经济的迅猛发展，我国电力能源需求量逐步攀升，为了满足人们日益增长的生活工作需求，则需扩大电厂建设规模，加快其发展步伐。目前，我国电力能源供应的主导力量来源于火力发电厂，由于火力发电厂的特殊性，其对建筑的质量以及安全性、耐久性有着相当高的要求，所以，需针对火电厂建筑工程技术实施有效管理，保障建筑具备有高质、可靠、安全以及稳定性能。在此，本文将针对火电厂建筑工程技术管理发展进行简要探讨。

電厂建筑工程质量与电厂的实际切身利益是息息相关的，同时，其对人们的用电安全有着关键性影响，为了保障火电厂建筑质量保持在最优水平，有效地实施建筑工程技术管理则是重要重中之重。建筑工程施工技术是运用管理的职能与合理的方法，促进工作的有效开展，确保生产过程技术的规范性、有序性，让生产的技术水平和工作的质量达到统一的进度。技术条件和技术装备需要企业的技术力量、技术管理水平的扶持和实施。

1. 电厂建筑工程技术管理需遵循的相关原则

工程技术管理主要是指为了保障规范以及合同中的技术标准得以遵循，建筑施工作业得以安全地顺利完成所采取的一系列监控以及检测、管理等等措施手段。在针对建筑工程技术实施有效管理的时候，需遵循相关原则。
