【摘要】根据《住房城乡建设部关于印发工程质量安全提升行动方案的通知》建质[2017]57号文件的规定，用3年左右时间，进一步完善工程质量安全管理制度，落实工程质量安全主体责任，强化工程质量安全监管，提高工程项目质量安全管理水平，提高工程技术创新能力，使全国工程质量安全总体水平得到明显提升。为了提高工程质量，必须提高施工过程中的各个环节，提高工序质量水平。

【Abstract】According to the provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Construction， Urban and Rural Construction on Printing and Distributing the Quality and Safety Improvement Program of the Project， the provisions of document No. 2017 should be used to further improve the project quality and safety management system， implement the project quality and safety main responsibility， Project quality and safety supervision， improve the quality and safety management level of engineering projects， improve the engineering and technological innovation capability， so that the overall level of national quality and safety has been significantly improved. In order to improve the quality of the project， we must improve the construction process of all links， improve the quality of the process level.

在建筑工程施工的建设中，建筑工程施工工序就是生產和检验、材料、零部件、各分部、分项工程的具体阶段。建筑工程施工工序质量控制，是企业中最经常、最大量的质量管理活动，是企业实现质量目标的基本保证。建筑工程施工工序质量控制主要包括建筑工程施工工序活动条件的控制和建筑工程施工工序活动效果的控制两个方面。一方面，建筑工程施工工序活动条件的控制主要是指对影响建筑工程施工工序质量的各因素进行控制。又可分为施工准备方面控制和施工过程中对建筑工程施工工序活动条件控制。施工准备方面控制，应从人、机、料、法、环五个方面因素进行控制。例如：监理工程师对施工单位的技术装备、人员素质进行了解，以便制定相应措施。又例如：对现场材料必须进行取样检验，合格后方可使用。施工过程中建筑工程施工工序活动条件控制，主要抓好对投入物监控，对施工操作和工艺过程控制以及其它相关方面控制；……
