【摘要】城市经济突飞猛进的这些年，对于城市基础建设的增长过快，而市政工程的质量问题成为了人们时常关注的焦点问题.在市政工程的建设过程中，因为时间、人员、设备以及材料等各个方面的影响，让工程经常有质量问题的发生，从而在不同的程度上影响着我们的日常生活。对于市政工程质量经常存在问题，我们应树立起质量意识、提升作业人员的素质，也更应该注重施工工程所使用的原材料，要保证所有的材料没有质量问题，尽量杜绝工程质量事故的发生。

【Abstract】In the years of urban economy， the growth of urban infrastructure has been rapid， and the quality of municipal engineering has become the focus of people's attention.When the construction of municipal engineering， because of time， personnel， equipment and materials and other aspects The impact of the project often have the quality of the problem， which in varying degrees affect our daily life. For the quality of municipal engineering often problems， we should establish a sense of quality， improve the quality of workers， but also should pay attention to the use of raw materials in construction projects， to ensure that all the materials are not quality problems， try to put an end to the occurrence of engineering quality accidents.

1. 引言：

市政工程的建设是城市中生活与发展不可或缺的一部分，是指城市建设中各种公共基础设施方面。包括交通、水利、环境、卫生以及电力等各个方面。而城市经济快速的发展，导致了市政工程的需求增加。在市政工程施工时，采用了周期短、效率高的模式。从而在很多的工程建设中发生了一些质量通病。

2. 市政工程的质量控制

市政工程建设的快速进展中，因为工作量的增大、施工人员的杂乱和质量意识的缺少，以及市政工程的专业性、施工周期的有限、外观的要求、环境保护、文明施工、拆迁和相关单位的不配合等各种因素，使市政工程的建设中存在了很多问题。因而，市政工程的质量控制急需解决。

2.1提高质量意识，对于施工人员要有相关的作业指导，提升人员本身的质量意识，从而在心底防范于未然。

2.2提升人员素质，在施工单位的各个岗位进行专人指导，明确施工要求，对特殊岗位人员需要从业相关证书考核。……
