【摘要】剪力墙结构是房建工程中的重要部分，它既能使建筑具有良好的抗震性能，也能较好地满足建筑使用功能需求，因而在房建工程中应用比较广泛。本文分析了房建工程剪力墙结构的特征，并重点探讨了剪力墙结构施工技术要点，以供参考。

【Abstract】Shear wall structure is an important part of the construction project， which can make the building has good seismic performance， but also better meet the functional requirements of building use， and thus in the construction of a wide range of applications. 如今，高层建筑越来越多，对房屋建筑工程抗震、受力以及刚度等要求日益提高。剪力墙作为房建工程的重要组成部分，不仅刚度大、抗震性强，而且还具有较强的美观性，在提高建筑结构性能等方面，发挥着重要的作用。随着建筑行业的快速发展，剪力墙结构的设计建设规模和技术要求不断扩大。相关建设人员应明确房建工程剪力墙结构施工技术应用要点，以切实提高房屋建筑工程的施工建设质量和效益。

1. 房建工程剪力墙结构特征

剪力墙结构通常指的是框架-——剪力墙结构，这种结构不仅仅具有框架结构的灵活性，同时还具有抗震性，对提高建筑物墙体的质量有着重要的影响。在实际施工中，为了保证剪力墙结构的承受力能够符合建筑物施工的需要，通常采用钢筋混凝土作为剪力墙结构的主体。

如果我们从建筑物的外部观察，会看到剪力墙结构体是跟地面垂直的，同时空腹悬臂梁也是剪力墙结构的一部分。整个框架的结构容易在过大外力因素的作用下呈现出弯曲的形态。……
