【摘要】我国公路建设工程不断发展与人民生活水平不断提高，对公路的要求也越来越高。因此，由于原有的一些公路已经不能满足当下经济发展的需求，则需要在原有公路的基础上进行改建，如何在改建过程中最大限度的保证路基加宽质量，最小限度的减少公路的破坏，如何确保新旧路基能够很好的衔接，碾压时应怎样进行作业，排水设施如何设置，在补强方面采取哪些措施等等，文章通过几个方面对公路工程路基加宽这一环节相关的施工技术进行了探讨。

1. 引言

隨着我国近年来经济发展步伐的加快，早期建造的一些公路已经不能满足日益增长的通车需求，这就要求公路管理部门采取措施进行调整。改建升级原有公路就是满足当下需求行之有效的一个办法。路基加宽是公路工程改建过程中的一个重要环节，只有做好了这一环节，改建工程才能达到改建目的。然而，改建工程中，路基的质量问题是关键，作者根据自身多年公路工程施工经验，针对施工前准备阶段，路基填筑材料、填筑过程以及碾压这几个环节所需要注意的问题，给出了自己的意见。

2. 施工前的准备

（1）由于早期修建的公路，经过多年的自然破坏和人为破坏，公路会出现各种各样的病害。在施工之前，首先应该对产生病害的规模以及原因进行详细的调查和分析。根据病害的严重程度，具有针对性的作出相关的施工方案进行处理。……
