【摘要】 目的 分析规范化指导沙美特罗氟替卡松干粉吸入剂的正确使用对支气管哮喘的临床治疗效果。方法 69例支气管哮喘患者， 根据用药指导差异分为甲组（35例）和乙组（34例）。甲组患者给予沙美特罗氟替卡松干粉吸入剂常规性引导治疗， 乙组患者给予沙美特罗氟替卡松干粉吸入剂规范化指导治疗， 比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 乙组患者治疗总有效率为88.2%， 高于甲组的68.6%， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 规范化指导沙美特罗氟替卡松干粉吸入剂的使用对支气管哮喘患者的病情起到明显的缓解作用， 值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze clinical effect by standardized instruction for correct salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhalation application in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 69 patients with bronchial asthma were divided by different medication instructions into group A （35 cases） and group B （34 cases）. Group A received conventional instruction for salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhalation in treatment， and group B received standardized instruction for salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhalation in treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results Group B had higher total effective rate as 88.2% than 68.6% in group A， and the difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion standardized instruction for salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhalation shows remarkably relieving effect for bronchial asthma patients， and it is worth promoting and applying.

支气管哮喘是当前临床研究中常见的慢性炎症疾病， 由于病程比较长， 治疗难度比较大， 需要合理应用辅助措施进行缓解治疗， 避免出现不良反应， 导致病情恶化[1]。近些年来随着临床药物种类的不断增加， 药物治疗成为首选。以沙美特罗氟替卡松干粉吸入剂为主， 在治疗阶段起到明显的优势。但是部分患者对干粉吸入剂的正确使用存在认知偏差， 使用不当， 因此影响治疗效果[2-5]。为了分析规范化指导沙美特罗氟替卡松干粉吸入剂的正确使用对支气管哮喘治疗的效果， 本文选择69例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象， 分别给予规范化指导干粉吸入剂的使用和常规指导， 对应用效果分析。现报告如下。

1 资料与方法
