【摘要】目的 探讨中药外洗配合护理干预在下肢静脉曲张患者中的应用观察。方法 选取我院2014年10月～2016年2月收治的下肢静脉曲张患者100例为研究对象，随机分为两组，各50例。两组均行基础治疗及护理干预，观察组在护理干预基础上实施中药外洗措施。比较两组患者效果。结果 对照组患者静脉曲张恢复总有效率明显低于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中药外洗配合护理干预可以提高下肢静脉曲张患者疗效，缓解临床症状。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application of Chinese medicine external wash combined with nursing intervention in patients with varicose veins.Methods A total of 100 patients with varicose veins were enrolled in this study from October 2014 to February 2016 in Shangqiu First People's Hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups：50 cases.The two groups were treated with basic treatment and nursing intervention.The observation group was treated with external medicine on the basis of nursing intervention.Comparison of two groups of patients with clinical effects.Results The total effective rate of varicose veins recovery in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group （P<0.05）.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and external nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of varicose veins in patients with lower extremity and relieve clinical symptoms.

下肢静脉曲张是临床上较为常见的血管外科疾病，临床表现为下肢乏力、酸肿、易疲劳、静脉隆起、扩张、变曲等，还会出现血栓性浅静脉炎、小腿溃疡等并发症[1]。导致患者不能够正常行走，影响患者的日常生活。目前，临床上主要应用手术来治疗这一疾病。然而中药外洗配合护理干预对患者的康复也起着重要作用[2]。本研究将进一步探讨中药外洗配合护理干预在下肢静脉曲张患者中的应用效果。现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院2014年10月～2016年2月收治的下肢静脉曲张患者100例为研究对象，随机分为两组，各50例。观察组男28例，女22例；年龄35～76岁，平均（57.34±17.89）岁；病程2～18年，平均（11.43±3.37）年。对照组男26例，女24例；年龄34～75岁，平均（56.87±16.58）岁；病程3～17年，平均（12.56±3.95）年。两组患者一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

两组均行基础治疗及护理干预，包括：嘱咐患者及时用药，起到辅助治疗作用；不宜长时间站立，适当步行可以利于小腿肌肉的泵作用來促进静脉回流；协助患者抬高下肢，以缓解水肿等症状。……
