【摘要】在现代各个工程项目立案以后，利用招投标来合理规范选择施工企业，进行工程项目建设，已经成为我国对工程项目确定主要方式，同样工程项目招投标的过程也就具有一定的风险。本文作者以工程项目招投标阶段为出发点，从投标方的角度出发，阐述工程项目招投标阶段的风险及其防范措施，对于工程项目招投标的管理具有一定的意义。

【Abstract】In the modern project after the case， the use of bidding to rationalize the selection of construction enterprises， the construction of the project has become China's major way to determine the project， the same project bidding process also has a certain risk. In this paper， the authors take the bidding stage of the project as the starting point， and from the point of view of the bidder， it is of great significance to elaborate the risk of the project bidding and the precautionary measures.

工程项目招投标实质是招标与投标的简称，它的涵义主要是指招标方提前对拟定建设的工程项目事先提出工程、成本、采购或功能等方面的要求，邀请众多投标人前来参加，并且要求投标人按照招标文件及相关其他的要求进行投标，招标方按照相应规定的程序进行开标选标最终确定出一个中标单位来进行该工程项目的建设施工的一项工程交易行为。那么，在工程项目招投标的过程中招标方或投标方对相关因素进行分析加以论证，最后确定出在执行的过程中可能会引起自身成本费用的增加或其他方面成本的损耗的不确定因素，则统称为工程项目招投标阶段的风险。工程项目招投标阶段的风险分析。
