【摘要】 目的：观察氧疗联合三乙醇胺、芦荟在预防和治疗急性放射性皮炎的临床效果。方法：将150例首次放疗的乳腺癌及头颈部恶性肿瘤住院患者作为研究对象；放射靶区包括原发灶及淋巴结引流区；随机分成两组，A组给予芦荟凝胶膏、三乙醇胺交替外涂，同时氧疗放疗区皮肤，3次/d，直至皮肤愈合；B组仅给予芦荟凝胶膏、三乙醇胺交替外涂。结果：A组放射性皮肤损伤的愈合时间明显短于B组，治疗效果显著优于B组；A组出现2级及以上放射性皮炎的发生率显著低于B组；A组生存质量明显高于B组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：氧疗、三乙醇胺联合芦荟能有效预防和治疗患者放射治疗中的皮肤急性放射损伤。

【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Oxygen Therapy，Aloe，and Trolamine Cream in the prevention and treatment of acute radioactive dermatitis.Method：All 150 patients of breast cancer and head and neck cancer inpatients with first-time radiotherapy in the Department of Oncology，were devided into two groups randomly.Radiation target area including primary tumors and lymph node drainage area.Group A were given Aloe Vera Gel Cream，Trolamine Cream outside alternately，oxygen cure radiation area of the skin at the same time，3 times a day，up to the skin healed.Group B were only give Vera Gel Cream，Trolamine Cream outside alternately.Result：The radioactive skin damage healing time of Group A was significantly shorter than group B，treatment effect was significantly better than that of group B，the grade 2 or more radioactive dermatitis incidence of Group A was significantly lower than group B，the life quality of group A was obviously higher than that of group B，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Aloe Vera，Trolamine Cream combined with Oxygen can effectively treat radiotherapy in patients.

近年來，恶性肿瘤的发病率越来越高。肿瘤治疗的一种主要方法是外放射治疗，但会对正常组织造成损伤，其中放射性皮炎是由于多种类型射线引起的皮肤损伤，发生率较高，其严重程度与照射的分割量、分割方法、总剂量、射线类型、照射容积等多因素有关。约87%放疗患者会出现红斑等放射性皮肤反应，其中湿性脱皮的发生率为10%～15%。单次照射5 Gy即可造成皮肤红斑，30～40 Gy可发生湿性反应，鼻咽癌及乳腺癌术后放疗期间的胸壁反应是急性放射性皮炎最易发发生的区域，2级以上急性放射性皮炎明显增加患者的痛苦[1]。笔者对150例首次放疗的乳腺癌及头颈部恶性肿瘤住院患者进行氧疗、三乙醇胺联合芦荟预防和治疗急性放射性皮炎的随机对照开放临床观察，寻求进一步防治急性放射性皮炎的新方法。……
