【摘要】 目的：分析和研究组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果。方法：选取44例上尿路结石患者，观察其接受组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗后的效果。结果：所有患者手术一次性进镜成功率为93.18%（41/44），一次性碎石清除率为88.64%（39/44），碎石时间40～150 min，患者平均住院时间（5.6±1.4）d，其中4例患者出现发热、血尿等情况，治疗后痊愈，并未出现其他严重的不良反应和并发症情况。结论：组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果比较明显，操作方便简单。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and study the clinical effect of combined-type soft ureter mirror and holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of upper urinary tract calculi.Method：44 patients with upper urinary tract calculi were selected to observe the effect of the combination of the combined-type soft ureter mirror and holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of ureteral calculi.Result：The one-time success rate into the mirror was 93.18%（41/44），one-time stone clearance rate was 88.64%（39/44），gravel time ranged 40-150 min，the average hospitalization time was （5.6±1.4）d，of which 4 cases of fever，hematuria，recovered after treatment，no other serious adverse reactions and complications.Conclusion：Combined-type soft ureter mirror combined holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary stones clinical curative effect is obvious，easy operation and simple.

上尿路結石是一种常见的泌尿外科疾病，由于结石长时间停留在体内，和机体周围组织容易产生炎症反应，形成息肉或者结石包裹，如果不能及时将结石清除，往往会造成输尿管梗阻，并且上尿路结石易引发肾绞痛、输尿管感染和梗阻、肾积水等病症[1]，给患者的生活和工作带来严重影响。本文重点研究组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果，为临床治疗上尿路结石提供一定参考。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2014年3月-2016年3月来笔者所在医院接受治疗的44例上尿路结石患者，所有患者经影像学检查和临床病状确诊为上尿路结石，临床表现为镜下反复血尿、尿路感染、腹痛、患侧腰痛等；其中女16例，男28例，年龄20～84岁，平均（34.5±8.2）岁；患者上尿路结石直径0.6～2.5 cm，平均（1.23±0.25）cm；……
