【摘要】 目的：探究Anycheck健康管理平臺在老年难治性糖尿病患者的应用与价值。方法：收集本院收治的老年2型难治性糖尿病患者100例，根据随机对照表法分为对照组和试验组，每组50例，对照组患者予以一般临床护理，包括健康教育以及心理护理等，试验组在此基础上应用Anycheck健康管理平台对患者相关情况进行监控，两组患者均干预治疗半年。治疗结束后比较两组相关知识掌握程度、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、焦虑自评量表以及抑郁自评量表评分。结果：干预后，两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均较干预前均降低（P<0.05），试验组相关知识掌握程度高于对照组，焦虑自评量表以及抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组，空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：Anycheck健康管理平台结合社交软件能够降低老年难治性糖尿病患者血糖水平，提高其相关知识掌握程度，改善其心理状态。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application and value of Anycheck health management platform in elderly patients with refractory diabetes.Method：A total of 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the random number table method，50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given general clinical nursing，including health education and psychological nursing，while patients in the experimental group were monitored by Anycheck health management platform on the basis of the control group.Both two groups were treated for six months.After the end of treatment，the level of knowledge，fasting blood glucose，postprandial 2 hours blood glucose，glycosylated hemoglobin，the scores of the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale （SDS） were compared and analyzed between two groups.Result：The degree of relevant knowledge of the experimental group was higher than that of the the control group（P<0.05），the fasting blood glucose， postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were both decreased in two groups（P<0.05），the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale score of two groups were lower than those before the treatment，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The fasting blood glucose，postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group，the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale were also lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Anycheck health management platform combined with social software can reduce the blood glucose of the patients，improve the diabetes knowledge level of elderly patients with refractory diabetes and improve their psychological state.

中国社会老龄化问题及其严峻，自21世纪初开始就已步入老龄化社会，医疗问题已经成为当今社会的关注重点。近年来老年糖尿病是老年常见慢性疾病（例如高血压、冠心病以及糖尿病等）之一，已经成为严重影响人口健康质量的主要疾病[1]。一般患者应用降糖药物能得到有效的控制，但是仍有一小部分患者即便不断增加降糖药物的种类和剂量，血糖仍旧处于较高状态[2]。这类患者治疗中最关键的问题是监控血糖，随着近年来新药物治疗技术以及糖尿病管理技术的不断进展，指尖血糖监测、回顾式以及动态血糖监测等新型血糖监测手段已经成为老年糖尿病必不可少的监测工具。由于糖尿病患者血糖控制不理想等因素，存在一部分老年难治性高血糖患者[3]。……
