摘要：创业现在已经成为当今时代的热点问题，创业绩效的研究也越来越受到国内学者的重视。国外创业绩效的研究已经相对成熟，影响因素主要有环境、资源、团队、战略等，评价指标方面形成了由财务指标和非财务指标构成的指标体系，理论视角上主要有种群生态论、社会认知论、资源基础论、战略适应论等。通过对近年来相关文献的研究发现，国内对创业绩效相关理论方法的运用有融合的趋势，但是对国内特定情境下的创业绩效研究力度还有待加强。

Abstract： Entrepreneurship has become a hot issue at present. The research on entrepreneurial performance has been paid more and more attention by domestic scholars. Study on entrepreneurial performance abroad has been relatively mature， and environment， resources， team， strategies are the main factors affecting. An evaluation index system composed of financial and non-financial indicators has been established. From the theoretical point of view， it mainly includes population ecology theory， social cognitive theory， resource-based theory， strategic adaptation theory， etc. Through the study of relevant literature in recent years， we find that there is a trend of convergence in the application of the theory and method of entrepreneurial performance in China， but it is still necessary to strengthen the research on entrepreneurial performance in specific circumstances.

0 引言

在社会经济发展的必然要求和“大众创业，万众创新”号召的驱动下，全国范围内掀起了创新创业的热潮，创业绩效的研究也引起了社会、经济和管理等领域学者的广泛关注，创业绩效的研究已经成为创业研究的重要组成部分，并取得了丰硕成果。创业绩效理论研究已经相对成熟，特别是在因素分析、指标选择、理论视角等方面形成了较为系统的结构框架，但其中仍然有需要加以完善的地方，现就近年来创业绩效相关的研究近况，分影响因素、评价指标、理论视角三方面加以阐述。

1 创业绩效的影响因素

在创业绩效影响因素方面，随着研究的不断深入，其研究焦点已经由单一因素分析转向多因素分析[1]。
