[摘要]目的 探讨醒脑开窍针刺法联合补阳还五汤加减治疗脑中风后遗症的临床效果，为临床应用提供依据。方法 选取我院2014年1月～2016年1月收治的200例型中风后遗症患者作为研究对象，根据实施不同的治疗方法分为两组，对照组100例患者给予针刺及相关常规治疗，观察组100例患者在针刺基础上配合应用补阳还五汤治疗，两组患者均于治疗2个月后进行疗效评价。结果 观察组患者干预后的躯体功能、机体疼痛、社会功能等生活质量评分指标显著高于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），一般健康状况、生命力、社会功能、情感角色、心理健康等等生活质量评分略高于对照组，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组的总有效率为96.0%，显著高于对照组的67.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 醒脑开窍针刺法联合补阳还五汤加减治疗脑中风后遗症的临床效果显著，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction treating apoplectic sequela

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction treating apoplectic sequela，and to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with apoplectic sequela admitted inyo our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as object.According to the different treatment methods，the patients in the control group （n=100） were given acupuncture and conventional therapy，while the observation group （n=100） was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of acupuncture，the two groups of patients were evaluated after 2 months of treatment.Results The score of physical function，body pain and social function were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （P<0.05）.The general health status， vitality，social function，emotion （P>0.05）.In the observation group，the total effective rate of the observation group （96.0%） was obviously higher than that of the control group （67.0%），and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.01）. Indicating that the addition of Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients.Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupunture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of apoplectic sequela obtains an significant clinical effect，and it is worthy of promotion the application.

中風又称脑卒中，是一种由于脑部供血受阻而发展迅速的脑功能损失，临床症状以突发昏迷倒地、口眼涡斜、语言不利及半身不遂为主[1-2]。多系脏腑功能失调、气血素虚所致，常因忧思恼怒、饮酒饱食等而诱发[3]，是老年人群体的高发性疾病。中风是严重危害患者身体健康的一类疾病，致残率及死亡率相当高。对于中风后遗症的治疗临床上常采用理疗、康复训练以及药物等手段[4]。本研究探讨醒脑开窍针刺法联合补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后遗症的临床效果，以期为临床提供参考，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

本文研究对象为2014年1月～2016年1月所收治200 例中风后遗症患者，所有患者经检查确诊为中风后遗症患者，均符合《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》的诊断标准[5]，临床表现为不同程度的半身不遂、言语不利、口眼歪斜、口角流涎等.排除患有其他严重内科疾病患者。……
