[摘要]目的 了解粤北地区大学生心肺复苏术（CPR）的普及现状与实施意愿，调查分析阻碍CPR普及、实施及掌握的相关因素，探讨推广CPR的应对策略。方法 自行设计调查问卷，于2015年5月～2016年3月在粤北地区两所高校中随机抽取3825名大学生进行现场调查。结果 发放3825份问卷，有效问卷3487份。大学生对CPR的知晓率为82.79%，曾学习CPR的比例为35.33%；在其学习途径中，53.45%来自健康讲座/培训；在未学习CPR的大学生中，有84.83%愿意参加培训。结论 大学生CPR普及率不高，仅停留在知晓层面上。大学生愿意对他人实施CPR，大学生更愿意通过由专业的医护人员的讲解来学习CPR。

[Abstract]Objective To understand diffuse current and implementation desire of CPR，to investigate and analyze the factors of impediment implementation and control of CPR and as to probe into the strategies of popularizing CPR.Methods The questionnaire was self-designed，3825 college students in two north area college from May 2015 to March 2016 were randomly selected and surveyed.Results Totally 3825 questionnaires were distributed，while 3487 were issued.The awareness rate of CPR in college students was 82.79%，the percentage of college students who used to study CPR was 35.33%.In the learning pathways，53.45% came from health lectures or training.In the absence of learning CPR college students，84.83% were willing to participate in training.Conclusion The penetration rate of CPR isn′t high，just on identifying levels.but most college student are willing to perform CPR to others and learn CPR explained by medical experts.

大学生群体普遍具有认知与接受能力强，对参与公益活动拥有较高的热情，在人群中分布均匀的特点。在大学生群体中推广心肺复苏术（cardio-pulmonary resuscitation，CPR），不仅学习效果良好，而且推广辐射人群容易普及，将达到良好的社会效果。现代医学观点认为心跳骤停发生是指心脏功能丧失，并不仅限于心跳完全停止，这意味着CPR的实施具有应用的普遍性、及时性等特点。有资料表明，心脏骤停现象发生后，4 min内开始CPR者的生存率可达50%，而超过6 min者的生存率僅为4%[1]。在现实中，由于各种条件的限制，经过正规培训的急救人员常不能及时到达现场[2]，如果现场目击者能及时、正确地对心脏骤停患者施行CPR，将有助于提高病患的生存率。本研究旨在通过对粤北地区大学生群体CPR技术的普及现状以及实施意愿等内容进行调查，探讨阻碍CPR推广及实施的相关因素，为CPR的推广提供有效建议。……
