摘 要： 随着教育技术和移动互联网技术的发展，学生不再满足于在单一渠道完成学习过程，而是希望跨渠道完成知识的获取，构建全渠道课堂成为了一种必然趋势。如何同步跨渠道学习进度和优化学生的学习体验，即实现全渠道一体化课堂成为新的研究特点。本文从教育技术发展角度出发阐述了全渠道一体化课堂的概念及必要性，并结合教学实践对构建全渠道一体化课堂的策略进行了探索。

The omni-channel integration of teaching activities based on big data technology

Abstract： With the development of educational technology and mobile Internet， students are no longer satisfied with offline learning process in the classroom， but hope to complete the acquisition of knowledge across channels， so to construct the omni-channel classroom has become an inevitable trend. How to synchronize the cross channel learning schedule and optimize students' learning experience， namely to realize the classroom of omni-channel integration has become the new research characteristics. In this paper， the concept and the necessity of the omni-channel integration of teaching activities are explained， and the strategies to build the classroom of omni-channel integration are explored by combining with the teaching experience.

0 引言

教育促進科学技术的发展，科技带动教育技术的变革。在以黑板、粉笔、图片、模型等为核心载体的传统技术时代，手工技术使得集中单一渠道授课成为课堂的普遍形式。随着试听媒体物化技术的发展，人们不仅可以向教师学习，也可以通过教育媒体进行学习，教育媒体的出现使得多渠道课堂成为可能。近些年移动互联网技术的兴起进一步拓宽了课堂的表现形式，人们利用零碎时间通过手机、平板电脑等移动设备也可以完成学习过程。

学生不再满足于从单一渠道完成学习过程，而是希望跨渠道完成知识的获取，比如从一个渠道知晓概念，从其他渠道强化了解和深化了认识。多渠道的课堂渐渐演变成全渠道，课堂也从以教师为中心转化为以学生为中心。如何同步跨渠道学习、优化学生的学习体验，即如何将全渠道课堂一体化，实现学习过程的跨渠道融合是一个新的研究特点。……
