[摘要] 目的 研究探索扁平化的责任护理对于在妇科优质护理的实践中有怎么样的具体效果。方法 随机抽取从2015年8月—2016年8在该院妇科治疗疾病的患者200例，作为研究对象，随机分成两组，一组为对照组，采用常规的传统的护理模式，另外一组为实验组，实行扁平化的责任制管理，1个月以后，观察患者被护理的效果。结果 对于两组的患者来说，对护理质量的满意度，实验组的满意度为98.00%，对照组的满意度为80.00%，差异有统计学的意义（P<0.05）。结论 扁平化的责任制护理在妇科的优质护理实践中取得了显著的效果，所以在医院的护理实践中，可以采取扁平化的管理，这样对于患者的护理更具有优质性，对于患者的病情好转更具有积极性，建议推行扁平化的责任制管理。

Analysis of Effect of Flat Responsibility Nursing in the Excellent Nursing Practice in the Department of Gynecology

[Abstract] Objective To research the specific effect of flat responsibility nursing in the excellent nursing practice in the department of gynecology. Methods 200 cases of patients with disease in the department of gynecology in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were randomly extracted and divided into two groups， the control group adopted the routine nursing model， while the experimental group adopted the flat responsibility nursing， after 1 month， the nursing effect was observed. Results The difference in the nursing quality satisfactory degree between the experimental group and the control group had statistical significance（98.00% vs 80.00%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of flat responsibility nursing in the excellent nursing practice in the department of gynecology is obvious， therefore， in the hospital nursing practice， we can adopt the flat management thus making the nursing more excellent and promoting the recovery of patients and it is suggested to promote the flat responsibility management.

扁平化的責任制护理在妇科的优质护理实践中取得了显著的效果，所以在医院的护理实践中，可以采取扁平化的管理，这样对于患者的护理更具有优质性，对于患者的病情好转更具有积极性，采取扁平化的责任制护理，这样一种不一样的护理模式，扁平化的责任制，就是取消了传统的责任的护士组长的管理层，这样可以使得每一位护士都是所护理的患者的责任护士，这样患者不仅可以全程被一个护士进行护理，而且患者自己知道自己的负责的护士是哪一位，有什么问题可以直接咨询护理自己这位护士，这种扁平化的管理模式，可以有效地提升患者对护理的满意度，可以提高护士的护理水平，真正达到推行优质护理的目的[1]。……
