[摘 要]随着如今中国医疗改革的步伐的稳步前进，关系人民群众医疗卫生事业单位也带来了新的机遇和挑战，医院档案编研工作也逐渐走进人们的视野，医院档案编研必须满足医院改革、建设发展的需要，编研出符合医院医疗特点的编研“精品”。但同时在进行医院档案编研工作的许多问题也暴露出来。笔者在此谈一谈我国的医院档案的编研工作存在的问题并提出一些自己的看法和建议。

Talking about the Improvement of the Development of Hospital Archives in China

[Abstract]With the steady progress of the pace of health care reform in China， the people's medical and health institutions have also brought new opportunities and challenges. The hospital archives work has gradually entered the field of view. Hospital reform， construction and development needs， compiled in line with the hospital medical characteristics of the compilation of "fine." But at the same time in the hospital file editing and research work of many problems are exposed. I am here to talk about China's hospital archives of the work of the existing problems and put forward some of their own views and suggestions.

随着社会的发展，我国近几年对“三民”“医改”的大力重视，医患纠纷、医疗改革、医保等问题也渐渐被广大人民群众和社会舆论所重视。而如何查明这些问题的真相，那就需要一个重要的工具——医院档案，为了更好的满足我们对档案的各种需求，就需要将静态的档案变成动态的汇编材料、史志年鉴、论文专著等，这个就是医院的档案编研工作。因此档案编研工作的重要性也就不言而喻了。

1.中国医院档案编研工作存在的问题

1.1 医院人员对档案编研工作的重视程度不够

由于国内医疗水平有限，近几年国内对于“医保”“医改”等问题越来越关注，医院档案编研工作才逐渐被人们重视，然而以前人们对于档案编研工作并不十分重视。因此档案管理人员对档案编研工作的重要性也没有足够的认识。而且档案管理人员往往自身并不了解什么是档案编研，仅仅以为他们的工作只有对于日常档案的收集整理，而并没有把静态的医疗档案变成动态的，具有科学价值的科技论文。……
