【摘要】目的：建立藏药材山柳叶糖芥的质量标准体系。方法：采用显微鉴别法与薄层色谱法对样品进行鉴别。结果：制定了藏药材山柳叶糖芥的显微特征标准，建立了其薄层色谱定性检测方法。结论：两种方法简便、可行、操作性强，为该药材的质量控制提供了参考依据。

【摘要】目的：完善2015年版《中国药典》蒲黄项下草蒲黄和蒲黄炭的质量标准。方法：收集整理草蒲黄和蒲黄炭现行标准，增订药典中仅来源处提到的草蒲黄的质量标准，增订了性状、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别、水分、总灰分和含量测定项目，同时增订蒲黄炭的总灰分、杂质项目。结果：草蒲黄增加的性状、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别、水分、总灰分、杂质和含量测定项目，蒲黄炭增加的杂质、总灰分等项目能有效反映草蒲黄与蒲黄炭的质量情况；草蒲黄薄层色谱中斑点清晰，专属性强；香蒲新苷和异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷分别在 0048～0951μg（r=09999） 、0046～0920μg（r=09999） 范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率分别为 9906% （RSD为125%） 、9823%（ RSD为140%）。结论：修订后的标准准确有效，可用于草蒲黄与蒲黄炭的质量控制。
