【摘要】 本文主要探討医院医用耗材全程物流高效率和严格的质量控制管理方法及流程。作者应用扫码识别技术， 全程链路（临床科室、设备处、供应商、患者）， 实现共享闭合管理；一键式扫码， 取代繁琐的手工键入；以产品字典为龙头全程质量管控。医用耗材管理， 实现科室申领、全院计划、供应商供货、设备处验收入库、库房管理、出库配送、患者使用、全程追溯、一体化管理， 做到了信息共享和互动；一键式扫码技术， 取代了繁琐的手工键入；以产品字典为龙头确保了全程质量管控。为此， 系统应用大大提高了工作效率， 确保了医院用械质量安全。说明采用扫码技术和全流程链路互动管理， 质量全程把关， 解决了医用耗材质控难点和效率低下的难题。

【Abstract】 This paper investigated measure and process of efficient and strict quality control management for whole course logistics of medical consumables in hospital. The author applied code scanning identification technique and whole course link （clinical departments， equipment division， supplier and patient） to accomplish closed sharing management. One-click code scanning was used to replace tedious manual typing. Product dictionary was applied as main method in whole course quality management. Management of medical consumables included application in departments， plan in whole hospital， supply from supplier， acceptance and storage by equipment division， storeroom management， delivery from storage， patient application， whole course retrospect， and integrated management for information sharing and interacting. Therefore， systematic application remarkably improved work efficiency， and guarantee quality and safety of medical consumables. Implement of code scanning technique and whole course link interaction management show whole course quality control， and resolve problems of difficulties and low efficiency of quality control in medical consumables.

1 医用耗材管理的难点和重点

1. 1 医用耗材应用迅速发展的管理需要 由于医院的发展和医疗技术的提升， 医用耗材应用也在迅速发展， 医用耗材增速超过药品增速， 近几年国内年平均增速达到20%左右， 在医院医疗用药械占据举足轻重的地位。本院是河北省骨科重点医院， 骨科手术医疗是全院的主体， 2015年使用量达到数个亿。医用耗材的品种和数量逐年增加， 新品种不断出现， 给医院的管理带来诸多难点：普通耗材（即低值耗材）品种多样、规格庞杂， 库房不足， 配送频繁；高风险耗材（即高值耗材）使用多， 风险大， 需要多环节管控。……
