【摘要】 目的 研究并探讨口腔种植修复在牙列缺损治疗中的应用效果。方法 90例牙列缺损患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 每组45例。对照组实施口腔固定义齿修复， 观察组实施口腔种植修复， 比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症发生率、美学效果以及满意度。结果 观察组的临床显效率为91.11%， 高于对照组的73.33%， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组修复后的牙体外形评分、色泽评分分别为（87.73±2.45）、（87.84±2.87）分， 高于对照组的（84.13±2.82）、（82.78±2.82）分， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的满意度为84.44%， 高于对照组的64.44%， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在牙列缺损的治疗中实施口腔种植修复具有显著的临床疗效， 可有效减少并发症的发生， 提高口腔修复的美观度及患者满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of oral implant restoration in the treatment of dentition defect. Methods A total of 90 dentition defect patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 45 cases in each group. The control group received oral fixed partial denture restoration， and the observation group received oral implant restoration. Comparison were made on clinical treatment effect， incidence of complications， aesthetic effect and satisfaction degree in two groups. Results The observation group had higher clinical effective rate as 91.11% than 73.33% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. The observation group had obviously lower incidence of complications than the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. The observation group had tooth shape score and color score respectively as （87.73±2.45） and （87.84±2.87） points after restoration， which were higher than （84.13±2.82） and （82.78±2.82） points in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. The observation group had higher satisfaction degree as 84.44% than 64.44% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Oral implant restoration shows significant clinical effect for the treatment of dentition defect， which can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and improve aesthetics in oral restoration and patients satisfaction degree.

牙列缺損主要是指患者的牙齿部分缺损， 导致牙列的完整性受到破坏， 不仅破坏了牙体的美观性， 还会对患者的咀嚼功能造成严重影响， 对患者的日常生活较为不利[1， 2]。近年来， 牙列缺损的发生率出现增高， 加上人们的口腔保健意识逐渐增强， 口腔修复逐渐受到了人们的关注， 人们对口腔修复的要求也越来越高[3]。口腔修复是治疗牙列缺损的主要方法， 主要是通过对牙体进行修复， 采用生物医学材料对缺损的牙列进行修补， 从而使牙列完整性得到有效恢复， 而采取何种修复方法尚有待进一步的探讨[4]。本次研究选取了2015年1月～2016年12月本院口腔科收治的90例牙列缺损患者进行对照分组比较， 分别实施口腔固定义齿修复和口腔种植修复， 以探讨口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的临床效果， 现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 于2015年1月～2016年12月选取本院口腔科收治的90例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象， 所有患者均经口腔检查， 证实为牙列缺损。此次研究经患者及其家属知情同意， 将患者随机分为对照组和观察组， 每组45例。……
