摘要：本文旨在定量說明新常态下河南省城镇居民消费结构的升级趋势。首先对城镇居民消费结构的特点进行了统计描述分析。其次，运用扩展的线性支出模型对居民的边际消费倾向进行了分析，结果显示食品支出、衣着支出等消费比重下降，医疗保健、交通通信等消费比重不断上升，这说明河南省城镇居民消费正处于由生存型向享受型和发展型转变的过程中。最后，对新常态下河南省城镇居民消费结构升级提出若干建议。

Abstract： The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively explain the upgrading trend of urban residents' consumption structure in Henan province under the new normal. First of all， the paper describes the characteristics of the consumption structure of urban residents. Secondly， the extended linear expenditure model is used to analyze the residents' marginal consumption tendency. The results show that the share of food expenditure， clothing consumption expenditure， etc. is declining， the share of health care， transportation and communications consumption is rising， which demonstrates that the consumption of urban residents in Henan province is in the process of transformation from survival type to enjoyable type and development type. Finally， the paper puts forward some suggestions on the upgrading of the consumption structure of urban residents in Henan province under the new normal.

0 引言

新常态下，河南省正处于经济发展的重要战略机遇期。随着河南省社会生产力的快速发展，城镇居民的生活水平显著提高，消费结构更是发生了明显的变化，及时准确地了解居民消费结构变动有助于政府把握经济动态。因此，对新常态下河南省城镇居民的消费结构升级趋势进行研究预测，在政府制定产业政策、促进经济发展等方面具有重要意义。

对消费结构的进行实证分析有较多方法，扩展线性支出（ELES）模型是一种常用的方法。例如：程娟，黄磊在南充市居民消费结构的实证分析中利用ELES模型，得到了南充市2002-2013年居民消费结构的变化情况，并提出了相关的政策建议[1]；周小芹在湖北省应城市城乡居民消费结构的实证分析中运用ELES模型，得到居民消费结构变化规律并提出借鉴性的意见[2]；……
