【摘 要】煤矿自动化设备技术的应用所包含的范围极广，对电子技术的应用、机电一体化及其控制理论的应用都包含在其中。在当前的时代背景下，加紧对数字化控制系统的研究，发展节能型自动化控制系统、生产系统，实现矿井自动化，不断满足现代化矿井发展所需的技术需要，是煤矿自动化技术发展的必然趋势。基于此对煤矿自动化设备技术的应用及意义进行了相关的研究与讨论。

【Abstract】The application of the technology of coal mine automation equipment contains a very wide range， the application of electronic technology， mechanical and electrical integration and control theory are included in the application. In the context of the current era， stepping up to the digital control system research， development of energy-saving automatic control system， production system， to achieve mine automation， continue meeting the needs of modern mine technology required for development， is an inevitable trend in the development of the automation technology in coal mine. Based on this， paper discusses the application and significance of coal mine automation equipment technology.

1 引言

在煤矿生产过程之中应用自动化设备，能够使煤炭生产效率以及煤炭生产质量大大提高，还可以增强生产过程之中的安全性，在很大程度上使生产过程中的人力、物力资源得到节约。

2 煤矿自动化技术应用的范围

2.1 电子技术

所谓电子技术，指的就是将电子器件在各个科技领域中加以应用的技术，微电子技术和电力电子技术是现代电子技术中的两种主要类型。电子器件反应速度较快、具有较高的灵敏度，使用起来极其方便，以其为基础的微电子技术及相关应用得到了迅速的应用及发展。随着电子技术的不断发展与应用，其在现代化生产中也逐渐起到了不可替代的重要作用。在煤矿的监控系统以及自动化设备的应用过程中，很多方面都涉及了信息的收集、检测、传输以及处理等内容；而煤矿在生产过程中也要对功率较大的设备，如采、掘、运、提、通风以及排水等设备，进行功率以及转速等方面的控制，这些都需要以对电子技术的合理利用与开发为基础，因此，煤炭企业必须要对电子技术提起相当的重视。……
