摘要：随着现代农业的不断发展，玻璃温室大棚应用规模不断扩大，其使用年限更长，因此对棚顶适时清洗尤为必要。针对中国情况设计了一种玻璃温室棚顶清洗装置，该装置形状仿温室棚顶，用毛刷辊作为行走轮，采用喷水后毛刷刷洗的方式清洗棚顶，清洗效果较好。经正交试验分析，得到3个主要影响因素，结果表明当行走速度为2.31 m/min、盘刷转速为97 r/min、喷水量为9 L/min时，清洗效率高、效果好。

Designing and Testing of the Cleaning Device for Glass Greenhouse Roof

Abstract： With the continuous development of modern agriculture， the application of glass greenhouse is expanding and its service life becomes longer. Therefore， its necessary to clean glass greenhouses roof timely. This article designs a kind of device to clean glass greenhouses roof according to our countrys situation. The device adopts brush roll as walking wheels. Its shape imitates glass greenhouses roof and its operate mode is scrubbing with brushes after spraying water. After carrying an orthogonal experiment， we get the relationship between cleaning effect and three main influential factors. The results show that when the machine traveling at the speed of 2.31 m/min， brushing at the speed of 97 r/min and spraying water at the quantities of 9 L/min， it performs efficiently with a excellent cleaning function.

溫室是设施农业的重要组成部分。近年来，随着中国政策的大力推动和农产品需求的不断增加，温室产业呈现出前所未有的发展势头，大棚面积迅速扩大，总面积已超过200万hm2，居世界第一[1]。中国温室主要有塑料温室和玻璃温室两种。塑料温室以其成本低、结构简单等优点被广泛应用；玻璃温室因成本较高、结构相对复杂等原因主要应用于科研教学中。随着社会、经济的不断发展，人们环保意识不断提高，玻璃温室以其优异的透光率、良好的保温效果和较长的寿命，正逐渐应用到农业生产中，所占比例不断增加，具有很好的发展前景。

玻璃温室寿命长，但长时间使用，尘土、青苔等覆于玻璃表面，不易被降雨冲洗掉，严重影响温室透光率，进而影响作物产量，使经济效益下降[2]。因此，定期清洗玻璃温室大棚棚顶，提高透光率尤为重要。玻璃温室大棚清洗设备国外早有研究，荷兰等农业发达国家拥有先进的半自动玻璃温室清洗设备，设备行走于天沟，多组毛刷同时转动对天沟两侧棚顶进行清洗，清洗效果好、效率高。……
