摘要：中国农村土地流转是土地适度规模化经营及走向农业现代化的必经之路，更是发展生态农业、低碳农业、建设农业生态文明的重要前提。整理归纳了国内土地流转对土地生态安全的影响的研究进展，重点论述了其对自然、经济及社会三个方面生态安全的影响，随后对其研究趋势进行了展望。今后的研究可以向以下几个方向重点发展：①综合手段评价土地流转对土地生态安全的影响；②进一步探索了对土地流转效应的绩效评估；③将土地流转与生态农业相结合，走农业生态文明之路，是其重要理论与应用研究产出；④拓展土地流转向生态文明建设的管理手段，重点可向技术方法、经济手段等方面突破。

Review on Influence of China Rural Land Conversion for Land Ecological Security

Abstract： Land conversion is necessary not only for land scale operation and agricultural modernization， but also for ecological agriculture， low carbon agriculture and agricultural ecological civilization. Land conversion must effect the way of our life， so this paper review on the influence in three aspects： land natural security， economic security and social security. From this paper， we know that the impacts are complex and multiple dimensions. And it also indicates three study directions as the follows：①making a comprehensive assessment on the impact of land conversion for land ecological security； ②taking a further research on performance evaluation of land conversion；③combining land conversion and ecological agriculture to the result of agricultural ecological civilization； ④expanding the management means， such as science and technique， economic.

中共十八屆五中全会公报指出，中国的农业发展要“促进人与自然和谐共生”，“构建科学合理农业发展格局、生态安全格局、自然岸线格局推动建立绿色低碳循环发展产业体系”。因此，促进土地生态持续健康发展意义重大。土地生态安全来源于“生态安全”，广义的土地生态安全具有丰富的内涵，强调动态的可持续性。梁留科等[1]将土地生态安全定义为土地生态系统对人类在生产、生活和健康等方面不受生态破坏与环境污染以实现追求经济利益最大化、生态效益最佳化和社会稳定化的目的。

人类所有生产生活活动都必须依赖其所栖息的土地生态系统。……
