摘要：运用系统动力学思想，对2001-2030年新疆吐鲁番市旅游、经济、生态之间的反馈关系和相互作用程度进行模拟，构建系统动力学模型。设置旅游人数、旅游收入；GDP及其增加量；“三废”量分别对旅游、经济、生态子系统进行模拟和预测分析，以期为吐鲁番市旅游资源、设施的合理分配以及旅游业科学规划提供依据，进而提出了促进吐鲁番市旅游-经济-生态协调发展的对策。

Study on the System Dynamics for the Coordinated Development of Tourism-Economy-Ecology in Turpan Area

Abstract： Based on the idea of system dynamics， the mutual feedback and interaction degree of tourism， economy and ecology in Turpan city from 2001 to 2030 were simulated， and the system dynamic model was built. The number of tourists and tourism income， GDP and GDP growth， and the“three wastes” were set up to respectively stimulate and analyze the tourism， economic and ecological subsystems， in order to provide basis for reasonably allocating tourist resources and facilities， and scientifically planning the tourism in Turpan city， and then the countermeasures for promoting the coordinated development of tourism-economy-ecology in Turpan city were put forward.

旅游業的不断发展以及旅游收入在地区收入中所占的比重越来越大，引起了各地政府对旅游业的重视，因而采取各项优惠政策来促进旅游业的发展。同样，随着西部大开发以及丝绸之路经济带建设步伐的加快，新疆维吾尔自治区也加大了对旅游业的重视程度，于2010年将旅游业确定为支柱性战略产业。旅游产业的蓬勃兴起、发展以及人们旅游意识的不断增强，使更多的人选择外出旅游。人类旅游活动的增多虽然带动了当地经济的发展，同时也对旅游目的地的生态环境造成了很大的负面影响[1]，而生态环境反过来又会影响到旅游与经济，三者渐渐形成一个相互间的反馈系统。国外对旅游、经济与生态环境之间关系的研究较早，一般是集中在旅游、经济以及生态环境之间关系的单方面研究。国内对旅游、经济与生态环境之间关系的研究起步较晚，但对三者关系的研究有所涉及，李阳等[2]利用耦合模型，研究了低碳视角下北京的经济-旅游-生态环境之间的耦合协调关系；……
