日粮中添加乳生肽对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响

摘要:为研究不同水平乳生肽在断奶仔猪日粮中的添加效果,选取180头长×大二元杂交仔猪,随机均分为3组,3组分别按如下处理:组1为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;组2和组3分别在基础日粮中添加300和500 mg/kg的乳生肽。试验期50 d,测定仔猪的生产性能,观察仔猪采食、毛色、排粪及其精神状态,记录腹泻、疾病和死亡等典型症状及异常情况等。结果表明,组2仔猪的平均末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量分别比对照增加了7.7%、14.0%和9.2%,而料肉比降低了4.2%,但差异均不显著;组3的平均末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量分别比对照增加了13.0%、20.9%和11.3%,而料肉比降低了7.9%,但差异均不显著;各项指标组3均好于組2,但差异也不显著。组2和组3的腹泻率、发病率以及死淘率极显著低于对照(P<0.01);组2和组3的腹泻率、发病率差异不显著,但组3的死淘率极显著低于组2(P<0.01)。

The Effects of Lactoferrin Added in the Ration on Growth Performance of Weaned Piglets

Abstract:In order to study the effects of lactoferrin on weaned piglets, 180 Landrace×Yordshire weaned piglets were divided into 3 groups randomly, groups 1~3 were treated as follows: ①basal diet; ②basal diet+300 mg/kg lactoferrin; ③basal diet +500 mg/kg lactoferrin. The trial lasted for 50 days. The samples were collected and growth performances, ingestion, hair color, feces and mental state were observed. The results showed that, the average final weight in group 2 and group 3 were greater than control group by 7.7% and 13.0% respectively; the average daily gain(ADG) in group 2 and group 3 were greater than control group by 14.0% and 20.9% respectively. The average daily feed intake(ADFI) in groups 2 and group 3 were greater than control group by 9.2% and 11.3% respectively. The F/G in group 2 and group 3 were lower than control group by 4.2%, 7.9% respectively. The diarrhea incidence, morbidity, incidence of a disease in group 2 and group 3 were significantly lower than control group(P<0.01). The diarrhea incidence, morbidity between group 2 and group 3 were not significant, but the incidence of a disease in group 3 was significantly lower than group 2(P<0.01).

在猪生产中,断奶仔猪常因腹泻等疾病导致生产性能下降,生产中因腹泻等疾病而大量使用抗生素而损害仔猪消化道(肠绒毛),同时在一定程度上也抑制其免疫器官正常机能,最终降低仔猪生产指标,甚至有学者报道继而影响小猪和中大猪阶段的生产性能[1]。乳生肽主要成分为牛乳铁蛋白活性肽[2],是通过基因工程技术将牛乳铁蛋白的两个活性区域lactoferricin(bLF 17-30)和lactoferrampin(LFampin)进行嵌合表达的产物(简称:LFA-LFC),共有31个氨基酸残基,氨基酸序列与天然序列一致,其分子量为3 953 Da[3],此嵌合体活性更高、抑菌MIC值更低;该产品具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高免疫力、促进消化道发育以及提高生产性能等功效,同时具备抗氧化、清除体内自由基等作用,故能减轻断奶等应激提高仔猪的生产性能[4,5]。……
