摘要：通过大地OA1号水溶液肥料在烟叶种植上的田间对比试验，明确了大地OA1号水溶液肥料在烟草种植上的应用效果。常规施肥+供试肥料淋根可以有效促进烟株生长，改善烟叶品质；常规施肥+叶面喷施供试肥料+供试肥料淋根可明显促进烟株叶片开展，促进叶片细胞发育，改善烟株新陈代谢情况，提高上等烟比例，提升烟叶质量。

Effects of Ground No. OA1 Water-soluble Fertilizer on Quality of

Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

Abstract： To understand the application effects of Ground no. OA1 water-soluble fertilizer on tobacco， field contrast experiment of this water-soluble fertilizer on tobacco leaf was carried out. The results indicated that， the treatment that using the water-soluble fertilizer to drench the roots on the basic of convention applies fertilizer could promote growth of tobacco effectively， and improve quality of tobacco leaf. The treatment that using the water-soluble fertilizer to drench the roots and spray the leaf surface on the basic of convention applies fertilizer could promote development and cell growth of leaf blade obviously， improve metabolism situation of tobacco， enhance proportion of high class tobacco， and promote tobacco leaves quality.

煙草是中国重要的经济作物之一，随着人们健康意识的增强，提高烟叶品质、降低烟叶中的有害成分已经成为烟草行业发展的必然选择[1，2]。烟叶的品质受到品种、土壤、生态条件等多种因素的影响，如何采用无公害的方式方法调节烟草植株生长、降低其有害物质，生产优质的生态安全烟叶是烟草科技工作者努力的方向。

植物生长调节剂是一类由人工合成并且具有植物激素活性的调节植物生长及发育的有机物质，也称为植物外源激素。研究表明，植物生长调节剂可以起到促进烟草种子萌发[3]、增加烟叶钾含量[4-6]、降低中下部烟叶烟碱含量[7]、改善烟叶致香物质等作用[8]，可有效改善烟叶品质[9，10]。大地OA1号作为一种生物有机调节剂，已经探明在杨树、水稻、玉米等植物上有明显效果，可以促进植株叶片发育，增加作物产量。本试验通过在烟草不同生育期喷施大地OA1号水溶液肥料，旨在探索大地OA1号水溶液肥料在烟草种植上的应用效果。……
