摘 要：自1980年代起至今，我国大部分历史文化名城都编制过名城保护规划，积累了较为丰富的名城保护规划编制经验，为推动名城保护、发展和建设起到了积极的作用。以1982年《关于保护我国历史文化名城的请示》这一文件的发布为肇始，我国名城保护规划至今已经走过了三十多年的路程。根据名城保护制度的发展和名城保护规划编制规律，我国名城保护规划编制历程大致可分为四个阶段：探索起步期、初步发展期、发展成形期和完善深化期，在这每一个阶段中，它们均形成自身的特点。系统梳理和总结我国名城保护规划的发展历程，对于启发当前和今后我国名城保护工作具有重要的理论与实践意义。

Abstract：since the 1980 s， China's most famous historical and cultural cities are compiled over city protection plan， accumulated relatively rich experience in city planning， and to promote the city protection， development and construction ，which played a positive role. In 1982 ，the document issued to inception which of "About the instruction of protection of historical and cultural city "， city planning in our country has gone through a journey of more than 30 years so far， according to the development of city system and city protection planning.city planning in China can be roughly divided into four stages： the exploration stage start， preliminary development， development， forming and perfecting the deepening stage， in which each stage， they have formed its own characteristics. System carding and summarizing the development of city planning in our country， to inspire our country city in the present and the future protection work is of important theoretical and practical significance.

历史文化名城保护规划（以下简称名城保护规划）是以保护城市地区文物古迹、风景名胜及其环境为重点的专项规划，是文物管理和城市总体规划的总要组成部分，是名城保护实施和管理的重要依据。自1980年代起至今，我国大部分历史文化名城都编制过名城保护规划，其中不少名城随着时代和理念的变化进行重新的设计，保护规划整体上向更深广的趋势完善，积累了较为丰富的名城保护规划编制经验，为推动名城保护、发展和建设起到了积极的作用。以1982年《关于保护我国历史文化名城的请示》这一文件的发布为肇始，我国名城保护规划至今已经走过了三十多年的路程，形成了丰富的名城保护规划史。……
