摘 要：本论文主要叙述了630E卡车后悬挂球头经常性断裂的故障现象，然后我们从后悬挂的组成及其连接情况入手，对其进行分析、不断地总结，最终得出导致该故障发生的主要原因有悬挂基座不平整、球头处润滑不良、悬挂基座上端面的污物未及时清理、悬挂调整不当、球头杆与基座孔之间的间隙过大，在解决问题过程中，我们应对症下药、具体问题具体分析，最终将故障及时排除。

Abstract；This paper mainly describes the fault phenomenon of the regular breakage of the rear suspension ball head of the 630E truck. Then we start with the composition and connection of the rear suspension， analyze it and summarize it continuously， and finally find the main reason leading to the failure. There are unsuspended suspension bases， poor lubrication at the ball head， dirt on the upper end of the suspension base is not cleared in time， suspension adjustment is improper， and the gap between the ball head stem and the base hole is too large. In the course of solving the problem， we have Coping with the specific drug problem and specific analysis of the problem will eventually rule out the failure.

前 言

630E卡車主要承担着露天煤矿运输黄土、岩石以及煤炭的工作任务，其后悬挂结构较为简单，主要由缸筒、杆筒、铜碗、锁圈以及球头组成，上述任意结构一旦出现问题，都将直接影响卡车的正常运行。

1 故障描述

630E卡车后悬挂是承载货物的重要机械部件，而球头又是将悬挂固定在车架上的核心，一旦由于某种原因而发生卡车悬挂球头断裂，就会出现货物无法正常装载的故障，直接造成生产任务停滞。

2 后悬挂的结构

油气弹簧主要有两个部件，一是与车架相连的缸筒；一是与前后桥相连的杆筒，杆筒上套有活塞，活塞上部空间有一层液压油，在油层上面充有干燥氮气；活塞下部在缸筒内壁和杆壁间围成一个环形空间，环形空间内充满了油[1]。环形空间和活塞上部都是相通的。其通道是钻在杆筒上的四个小孔，其中两个小孔装有3/4”的钢球，起一个单向阀的作用。即杆筒缩入时，四个孔均做通道；而杆筒伸出时只有两个孔做通道，另两个关闭[2]。……
