基于变电站的微机防误系统的可视化监控技术研究

摘 要: 针对近年来变电站大力增加,无人值班,集控中心不能全方位、实时进行场地及环境的监视等问题,提出一种能实时进行可视化监控技术研究的防误系统监控技术。该研究应用智能化技术改造了原有变电站及接口,综合分析全景信息,应用智能视频辅助综合管理系统技术,对各个子系统之间实现无缝接入、统一管理和配置,从而采集各子系统的数据信息,实现可视化控制的目的。结果表明,该研究解决了对现场维护及管理的难度,并大幅提高了社会效益,具有优越的应用前景。

Visual monitoring technology of computer anti?misoperation system based on substation

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of substation increase, unattended operation, incomplete centralized control center, real?time field and environment monitoring in recent years, an anti?misoperation system monitoring technology which can study the visual monitoring technology in real time is proposed. In the research, the intelligent technology is applied to transformation of the original substation and interface, and the panorama information is analyzed comprehensively. The intelligent video assisted total management system technology is used to realize the seamless access, unified management and allocation of each subsystem to collect the data information of each subsystem, and realize the visual control. The research has solved the difficulty of the field maintenance and management, improved the social benefits greatly, and has a good application prospect.

0 引 言

近年来,计算机行业内新兴的视频监控技术[1]是一个备受关注的热门话题,监控系统共经历了三个阶段,分别是模拟监控、数字监控及现今的智能可视化监控[2]。我国在变电站智能化研究方面相对于发达国家起步晚了大概10年。但随着国内对该技术的重视和被用户普遍的接受和使用,其已达到了可随时监控各个子网络间设备的实时状态,并能够及时发现与解决问题。目前已有相关的成熟技术应用到电力公司,效果显著。该系统将计算机技术、工业以太网技术和数字图像及信息技术融为一体,突破传统的变电站各个子系统自成体系的模式[3],将原有的视频监控、防误操作和防报警、照明等系统进行整体优化,并增加了远程监控和实时视频指导的强大功能,同时也提高了电力设备的安全性及可靠性。……
