去极化电流法诊断10 kV电缆绝缘缺陷的可行性研究

摘 要: 针对10 kV电缆绝缘缺陷问题,分析了利用去极化电流法来对其绝缘缺陷和老化程度进行诊断的可行性,在此基础上提出一种基于去极化电流的电缆绝缘缺陷和老化的检测方法,搭建基于Matlab和高压真空开关系统的去极化电流法10 kV电缆老化自动化检测系统。该系统通过对具有不同绝缘缺陷的老化电缆样本进行去极化电流测试和分析,得到不同缺陷程度的老化电缆去极化电流变化规律,可以方便地实现对老化电缆的绝缘缺陷及老化程度的自动判断和精准识别,对提高老化电缆绝缘故障诊断效率,保障电力系统可靠供电具有非常重要的意义。

Feasibility study on diagnosis of 10 kV cable insulation defects by using

depolarization current method

Abstract: To diagnose the insulation defects of 10 kV cable, the feasibility of using depolarization current method to diagnose the insulation defects and aging degree of the cable is analyzed. And on this basis, a cable insulation defects detection method based on depolarization current method is presented. The 10 kV cable aging automatic detection system using depolarization current method based on Matlab and high?voltage vacuum switch system was established. The depolarization current test and analysis for the aging cable samples with different insulation defects are performed by means of the system to obtain the depolarization current change rule of aging cable with different degree defects, which can realize the automatic judgement and accurate recognition of the aging cable insulation defects and aging degree, and has important significance to improve the diagnosis efficiency of the aging cable insulation defects and guarantee the reliable power supply of the electrical power system.

0 引 言

当前诊断电力电缆绝缘状态的方法较多,但是这些方法在实际的运用过程中却存在不同的问题,例如使用介质损耗因数检测时,其检测结果容易受到环境的影响;使用直流叠加法进行评估则无法定量的对电缆的老化程度进行定量的评价;使用局部放电法进行检测,检测结果会受到现场背景噪音的影响。去极化电流检测是基于介电响应原理的电缆绝缘性能测量方法,其检测快速、不对电缆造成破坏性等特点,是目前国内外常用的运行电缆绝缘性能检测方法[1],具有非常高的可行性和可操作性,但是从已有的去极化电流检测方法设计来看,其操作过于复杂、对检测设备和检测装置的要求较高、检测分析过程复杂,自动化程度和精度较低[2?5]。……
